This place is a hidden gem located in norcross. I heard about Jen and co when buying my bags at Penny's purse. Apparently this is their main branch. I called and made an appointment to come in and the customer service was really great. I got there and was immediately greeted and introduce to the owner. They even offered me refreshments. The office is in a commercial building but very easy to find. The viewing room was gorgeous and nicely put together. All the bags were great quality and sooooooo many colors and patterns to choose from. I could tell that it was reliable. The staff answered all my questions and made me felt welcomed. There was no pressure to buy at all which made me feel comfortable to stop by more often to view new arrivals without feeling bad! I ended purchasing a couple of bags and wallets for my small shop. If yall do wholesale then you must know Faire. I normally order alot of things from Faire. I get my bags and versa totes from Jen and co. They were awesome quality but like other online orders I hate waiting. I actually didn't even know jen and co was in ga. The owner saw that i was in atlanta and she reach out to me. She was super sweet and told me if i want to stop by sometimes she have more products at the store and could give a much better deal. I've been ordering here for a little over 2 years now and it's been great. Being a small business owner it nice to be able to feel ad see your products in person and then just pick it up without having the hassle of shipping. I came in with my mom to shop for her store and I must say we had the best time. We have several vendors but this company is by far our favorite. Not only do our customers LOVE their products, but the customer service is AMAZING.

Mia was exceptional! She not only helped make our experience fun but she was so kind and definitely has THE EYE for fashion. She was even dressed so cute when we came both times. Her recommendations were spot on and Honest for what my mom and her customers love. She has such an amazing and genuine personality. I can tell she really cares and loves what she does!
