I live less than two miles from this location and I LOVE Taco Bell. When I found out that they were opening a location basically across the street from my neighborhood, I was ecstatic. Unfortunately, this Taco Bell is run by incompetent, rude staff. I have been four times to this location with wishful thinking that each time my experience would be better than the last. I was far from being right. The first time my food was cold and this was while being the middle of the day. The next two times was during the night. I work late at the hospital and I tried stopping by on my way home from work to pick up some dinner. My second and third experience were similar to the first in that my food was cold. What made my third experience very irritating was the rude woman at the window. She was rude while I was giving my order and after coming up to the window, she was very short with me and seemingly ticked because I made her do her job. This last time took the cake and I will never be going back to this location because of this. I ordered my food a little before midnight after I got off from work. I checked the bag thinking everything looked fine (I was starving and ready to get home) and headed home. And of course, those incompetent workers forgot to put one of my quesadillas in the bag after paying for it. I wanted to drive back up there, but I’m afraid I’d make a huge scene and do something I shouldn’t. If the workers weren’t so busy talking and clowning around, they might do their jobs properly. Their job is simple, cook the food and give the customer what they ask for. I could see if they were relatively busy, but I was the only car in the drive through at 11:30 at night. First of all, no one was taking orders at the counter so I had to wait for another customer to complete his order at the kiosk. He looked like he was having some problems doing so which is probably the reason he was taking so long and look back for help like I had to do when I got the chance to use it.
The list goes on with why I had such a horrible experience and I don't have the time to address them all.
My main reason for providing this bit of information is to address the issue with being told because I used the kiosk I could not get a receipt. As I told everyone in the store this is not my first Taco Bell experience, but they all kept telling me if I used the counter register where nobody was available to take my order I could have gotten a receipt.
At that point I asked for the number of someone that could help them help me get a receipt. Now they started saying they can't give me that as well.
Eventually I directed one of the employees to call her boss to assist since I can't have my receipt or the number or any documentation of this transaction. She obliged and got somebody on the phone and had my receipt in less than 60 seconds.
She began apologizing and was very polite at this point about it, but all of this could have been avoided. I was ready to return my whole order.
Please don't let this happen again. Some others were very rude about it all, but again I don't have the time. I have already wasted too much of my energy between the experience and writing...
Read moreI swear, every time I come here, there's at least one person under the influence of drugs. Drive-thru operators are always "out of it" or intellectually challenged. Last night, I came through the drive-thru after trying to order from the mobile app. Mobile app was not accessible for this location?? Anyways, hopeful that my visit would be successful using verbal communication -I was wrong.. again. I was charged $20.18 for a "Deluxe Cravings Box (which I did not receive) and also 2ct 5 Layer Burritos and a Large Mtn Dew. Needless to say, when I got home, I had 3ct items in my bag. The 2ct 5 Layers and a soft taco??? Good thing the cups were clear or I probably wouldn't be aware of what I was getting in those. The night crew is obnoxiously loud and rude. I am a waitress and my performance and demeanor determine my cost of living. The manager at this location should truly consider hosting better service, quality and performance standards. This is NOT the first time I have witnessed sorry service here🤷🏻♀️ Wish I could say I would be back to this location, but I highly recommend for any tourists, town visitors or community members to not waste your time spending your hard earned money to keep these employees and this location...
