I love Taco Bell, but this particular location has some issues. I'm not sure what's going on over there aside from pure carelessness, but the TL; DR is just save yourself the trouble, and drive to the Hamilton Mill location instead if you want Taco Bell. It's not much further away, and the service is so much better. I've never been disappointed with it.
I'm usually not one to leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but just be warned about the Friendship Rd location. Every single time I've been, and I do mean every time, they either forgot something, or they gave me the wrong order entirely. Every time. Without fail. I've had to go back in and get them to correct it at least 4 times. And those are the times I cared enough/had time to go back in. That's not counting the times I got home or got back to work just to find out that my order is wrong. Adding to what someone else said, I was also once told to go sit in the parking lot and that they would bring my food out to me. They never did. I had to go back in after 15 minutes to get my food. Oh, and most recently, the cashier asked me if it was okay if she could just round up my cash instead of giving me change... Odd. Now granted, they've always been nice to me, but that's not enough to redeem the amount of times I had poor service. I honestly just give up on this location. And I really tried to give them a chance.

Update 03/03/17 Ordered food tonight, they didn't bother to give us our entire order as usual. Done with this place. This franchise needs to be shut down.
Update 12/16/16 The manager reached out to me and went above and beyond to correct the below issues. Changing my rating to reflect the respect he showed me in resolving the issues and keeping me as a customer.
Update 12/13/16 Tried this place again. Walked in and heard employees yelling again. Then I saw Edgar throw the metal bin they store lettuce in into the trash. He then reached in with his hands and pulled it out of the trash. Placed the bin back onto the food line and continued making food with hands that had been in the garbage and put produce in a bin that had been in the garbage. Immediately told them I want my money back and walked out. end update Very slow - orders are wrong quite often. Employees are extremely unprofessional. Cursing constantly around the customers (including kids) and laughing at customers trying to get their orders fixed. Management really needs to get this store in order and appreciate the business they are getting before people give up on this store.    Read moreFirstly, the lobby was closed so everyone had to go to the drive thru. I was picking up an order for Door Dash, so that was a little inconvenient. The main problem, however, was the speed at which they were getting through orders. When I finally got up to the window, the girl working the drive thru either didnât care, was clueless or both. She was talking on her cell phone. Then she made a couple drinks then started playing on her phone some more, all while the drive thru line is backing up to like 10 cars deep. Absolutely no awareness or sense of urgency. I also noticed that they forgot something for the person in front of me because he turned back around into a parking spot on the other side of the store, but couldnât get in the door because the lobby was closed. Luckily they happened to notice him sitting there and realized âOh thatâs the guy that we just served at the windowâ, but not till after they tried to wave him back to the drive thru. When I finally received the order I was picking up, I asked for a few sauces because I didnât trust that they remembered them in the sealed bag and the lady just grabs a handful and puts them in my handâŚ.this wasnât my food, I was delivering it. What am I supposed to do, just lay them on the ground next to the bag of food when I drop the order off?
