The last 2 times my family and i have been to visit, service has been atrocious. The second to last time, it was empty, we were literally the only people and service was still ridiculously slow. No water refills, no one checking on us. Just visited again last night and will not be returning. Came in a little after 5 and left a little after 7. Now, the place was decently packed and only one waiter but she completely ignored our table after seating us, making multiple trips to other tables and taking orders of people she had seated after us. People who came in after us all received food before we could even order..she checked on us once, never refilled our waters either. Another table had to constantly get up to ask about their food and even the check so they could leave, she kept disappearing. Even when another waiter showed up at 6, service was still slow and non existent. Didn't bother asking for anything as i wasn't willing to be there til 9. My kids were so cranky and hungry, and we all left very unsatisfied. Food was decent, I ordered buttermilk chicken but the side of mac and cheese was awful and cold like it was sitting for an hour. Also took note that no tables were available as we left because none of the other tables had been bussed and cleaned. After that terrible disaster of service, we will not...

Great service as usual.

Only thing that sucked was the hours advertised on Yelp and Google are all Wong.

They close at 11 not midnight which both sites post.

My server Catelyn still helped me out though, even though it was a Saturday night and I am sure she had better things to do. Surprised its not like other locations where they are like nuh uh we about to close and I got a party to get to haha you got to bounce out bro.

Was surprised about that. I thought I would’ve been served some bad to mediocre food. But it was far better than I thought.

Steak tasted better than my last visit a while back, but I felt it still wasn’t enough for me portion wise. Only 1 piece tasted a little rough. But everything else was tender and there was very little fat on it.

Pancakes were great and the strawberry syrup was surprisingly more delicious than I last remembered.

I ordered tres leches and love how they always have a new pancake option everytime I visit them.

Hash browns were okay nothing to special. Eggs were kinda runny but my fault I should’ve ordered scrambled versus over easy.

Overall probably the best experience at an Ihop that I can remember. I don’t usually eat at IHOP’s but if I ever do it’ll be at this location and this...

Well, well, well, if it isn't IHOP - International House of Pancakes, or as I like to call it, the International House of PIGGING OUT! I recently tried their Mushroom and Spinach Omelette with a side of bacon, and let me tell you, I was oinking with joy. The bacon was so plentiful, I felt like I was in a pig pen. And speaking of pigs, the waitress must have thought I was one because I had to practically scream my order at her to get it across. But lucky for me, she heard me loud and clear and I got even more bacon! Bacon bacon bacon, it was like a dream come true.

Now, while the communication may have been a bit lacking, the service was still top-notch. Despite the busy atmosphere, I always get seated quickly and the waitstaff is always running around like chickens with their heads cut off to make sure everything is just right. And let me tell you, the coffee was so good, it was like I was drinking liquid gold.

The only downside was the watery orange juice, but hey, you can't win 'em all. And while the hash browns were nothing to write home about, this is still a great place to hang out with family and friends and enjoy the moment. So if you're looking for a place to indulge your inner pig, IHOP is the...

We stopped by IHOP for a late-night dinner and were greeted promptly with no wait time—seated right away, which was a great start. Our server, Rosario, was very friendly and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu before taking our drink orders. Our family ordered breakfast items, including omelets and the Split Decision plates. My wife’s Build Your Own Omelet came out missing a couple of ingredients, but impressively, the kitchen and Rosario caught the mistake before we even had a chance to say anything and fixed it right away. I did end up grabbing condiments myself after asking, but Rosario appeared to be the only server managing five other tables and handling to-go orders—so it’s understandable. She definitely deserves some extra support, but she stayed friendly and professional throughout. All around, it was a great meal with good service. We'd definitely come back again.
