Not only did they take immediate action to rectify the situation, but they also went above and beyond by following up with me multiple times to ensure everything was corrected to my complete satisfaction.

Why had I never heard of Custom Comfort Mattress before?

I needed to buy a new bed for my mother and did a Google search because I wanted to buy her a fully adjustable bed. The two best, nearby options were Sit'n Sleep and Custom Comfort.

Both offered a text option for more info, but only Custom Comfort responded with a real person offering to help me in real time trying to figure out which bed would work best. I've bought from Sit'n Sleep in the past and it was a great bed, which I still own, but I was open to a new experience, so I took my mom to the Custom Comfort showroom where we met Crystal and got amazing customer service and advice, without any pressure or upselling.

We ultimately purchased Custom Comfort's top-of-the-line fully adjustable bed, but only because that's what I wanted for my mom. The transaction was easy and smooth and when there was a small issue (my fault), Crystal helped sort it out quickly and easily. The bed arrived yesterday. Two young men (Ryan and Greg) were courteous and professional, setting it up quickly and hauling away my mom's old mattress for free.

My mom slept in that bed for the first time last night and texted me this morning, "That bed is so comfortable that I didn’t want to get put of it this morning!!!"

Over 15 years ago I purchased several pillows from CCM and they were amazing. Unfortunately they were lost over the years during several moves. For the last year, I had trouble finding pillows that were comfortable and didn't aggravate a bad shoulder. I remembered the CCM pillows and on Christmas Eve, I made a special trip to Orange County from the central coast to purchase new ones. Crystal was so helpful and kind and I received the pillows in the mail about a week later. Unfortunately, they were not the pillows I had picked out. I was super bummed as pillows can't be returned or exchanged. I just let the situation go but, it just gnawed at me. I sent an email to CCM explaining the situation. Within minutes, "Gary" reached out to me to find out what happened. A couple more minutes later, he called and wanted to make it right. Gary sent me the two pillows I had ordered and I received them not 48 hours later. They were perfect and I have slept incredibly comfortable since, and no more shoulder pain. Thank you Gary!
