I had the worst experience at this store, on Friday August 11th around 1:45 p.m. I placed a order for a free redeemed pizza, however upon getting off work at 2:00 p.m. I had a family emergency, I totally forgot about the pizza however I contacted the store manager Khalid and tried to inform him about my situation and immediately told me too bad can't help you and hung up, I called an additional six times to try to get his attention in each time he said look I can't help you boom and he hung up each and every time, I attempted to get information such as a corporate number and he would not provide it he kept telling me to do it online to figure it out, I strongly believe that because of my Mexican accent he was judging me or was not trying to help me he did seem to have a racist tendency over the phone especially since he would hang up immediately and because my name was Pablo, I strongly believe that he stole my pizza or gave it out to one of his employees for their families which I still believe is wrong, because at a Pizza Hut store in the City of Anaheim where I reside they were able to successfully cancel the order and I was able to get my points back, according to Khalid they no longer do that which I understand however that's no excuse for the customer service, negative attitude, that he used against me. Each and every time I called he just kept saying there's nothing I can do and he would hang up, it is highly unprofessional uncourteous, and made he me feel useless , he also ignored the fact that I work relatively close to this Pizza hut's community, he did not show any resentment or Even an attempt to say something nice and professional, I strongly hope that corporate sees this and is able to get a new or at least train their managers more appropriately especially in customer service because the way I feel now is not fair and I can only imagine how many other people feel this way. Second, as I started off it was not the pizza that I ordered through Uber Eats and I understand that they may not have been liable for correcting the wrong Pizza I did make it very clear that I was not in error of the order and even though I explained the detail of it they absolutely refused to correct the pizza so that we could go pick it up. The person handling the phone call ask the manager on duty which would have been December 4th in the evening and they said they are not willing to do anything for me take it up with Uber. When I called Uber Eats they said that the app shows the correct Pizza that I ordered the correct description which was a sausage mushroom and pepperoni 14 inch large pizza I obviously didn't even hassle calling Pizza Hut back because they are washing their hands of the matter so I just want to caution anybody that's going to order pizza from this location they are not looking to correct their mistakes even when it's explained to them the details there's many other pizza places in the area of Brea that are amazing and I'm sure the service is going to be a lot better than you're going to receive from Pizza Hut this is my experience. Read moreI placed an order tonight 10/14/22 and it was running behind schedule so I called to see where my order was. The person who answered the phone said I didn't have an order. Even though I received a confirmation number and was charged which was very upsetting to hear. The manager came on the line and said I did have an order but they are very busy. When my order arrived they forgot my buffalo wings and only brought my pizza. I told the pizza driver that I would call for a refund for the wings. I then called and the person who answered by the name of Rose said that they didn't have a manager on duty and I couldn't get my refund. She said for me to call tomorrow morning, which is ridiculous!
