Arby's — Restaurant in Breaux Bridge

Person at night shift on the counter to take orders no really listen i told him please do me a favor i am pure vegetarian i can’t eat chicken or meat i need something without can you do number 13 wrap but without chicken i paid for meal but he did forcefully added chicken he said I can’t do modified whatever it is just take it and leave, i paid full he ignored me and walk away I waited at the counter i keep requested him 20 minutes, He didn’t show any respect I leave this chicken wrap on the counter i said if you not doing it correct, I always do ordered like that at arby’s and always paid full without chicken never ask for charge me less, this is first time happened here. I only order the jalapeño beef sliders from arbys. Today that's what I ordered and asked for the bun to be toasted because the sandwich is not always hot and the bread can be tough at times. Well the cook decided not to toast the bread because he said it's not suppose to. The lady at the front counter correct him. When I got it back the sandwich was cold and bread was toasted on top bun only. I honestly feel that if he didn't want to do his job he shouldn't have came to work and if he felt some type of way about my request he should have asked someone else to do it. I travel a lot and arby's is the main to go when I'm on the road. This was the worst I had and honestly felt the lack of effort from my food. I didn't actually eat nor order any food. I rated this place so poorly because there was an African American male in a florescent vest (didn't appear to be working for Arby's but maybe for the Truck Stop itself) physically behind the counter speaking with a young lady who was taking orders about what he wanted to eat... within inches of her face.
