Bruh I’m really disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's location; I already have two strikes against them. For on of my order, I decided to try the McRib through the app, requesting extra BBQ sauce. Now, you would think "extra" simply means a little more than usual, right? But when I opened the box, I was met with a shocking sight—BBQ sauce was everywhere! It oozed out of the McRib and filled the box to the brim, creating a messy pool of sauce. It completely overwhelmed the sandwich and made what should have been a delicious experience simply unenjoyable.
Today, we encountered yet another frustrating experience at the McDonald's near us. My little brother decided to treat us to some coffee and placed an order through the app, excitedly anticipating our drinks. However, when he arrived at the restaurant, he was met with an unexpected setback. Seems workers don't know what is included on a big breakfast, don't worry about smiling/saying thanks(just like, here's your food now get out the way)and today the best one, they can't count to two! A DOUBLE FISH ACTUALLY MEANS 2 FILETS! DUH! McD's if you're going to advertise a double filet you should train workers either to count to 2 or even better train them to check drive thru orders more carefully to actually get them right. When people spend good money for food they should at least get what they paid for. Fast food workers wouldn't do well to make more money if they can't count to 2. Drive 30 minutes, to get breakfast, order, receive, then drive to work only to find that the bag of goodies was missing butter, jelly, syrup. Not happy at all with my choice to visit this location for the 1st time. Won't happen again. Addendum........9/29/23....decided to try one more time.....waited 20 minutes in line, staff could not handle the 6 cars in line fast enough.
