Worst experience I have ever had there! Order 2 philly steaks crispy and they have no cheese or mayo in them. I explained to the manager I was on my way to catch a flight and was unable to return the food but I was happy to send a picture to verify. He said when I return in town next week just bring my food in and he will remake. So you want me to carry around a hi what’s wrong tab cheesesteak for a week and bring it back to you? Then he said my only other option was to get a 20% credit the next time I came in. So I pay full price for something I can’t even eat this time & then next time you’ll give me 20% off? Doesn’t sound right to me. I should get what I paid for. I understand the circumstances are a little different with me catching a flight but you should be willing to accommodate to some degree. The manager I spoke to was name Tony. He was rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner after he said he is the only one who could help me further in this situation. He then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t work he just runs the business from home & I’ll never get to speak with him. I use to love baby’s and always thought it was delicious... but now you get served less then satisfactory food. I will not be back after the conversation I had with Tony!
I seen managments response to my post and its clear my complaint wasnt read at all. Below is a picture of the food i received. which i offered to text or email to anthony to verify. you can clearly tell there is no cheese or mayo on that sandwich and wasnt any all the way through as there is no creamy white melted sauce you are refering too. just meat and onions ....as i explained to anthony and again in my post i was catching a flight and would not be back in town until friday. i stopped by the restuarants before heading to the airport. the policy of returning the food is fine but how in this case? miss my flight over a cheesesteak or hold onto food for a week and then bring it back? doesnt make sense and not a good solution when i paid for food i could even eat and then was not given anything as...
Read moreI will NEVER order from this place again. Not because of the quality of the food, but because of the level of disrespect I encountered from one of their managers. It all started when I placed an order though UberEats on 4/22/17. I had ordered this way a few times before with no issues, so I didn’t anticipate any this time. Long story short, the restaurant did not give the beverages I ordered to the driver. I called the restaurant to see if anything could be done and spoke with a male manager. He didn’t even apologize for the mistake and offered me a store credit for the value of the beverages (which would have been $3) or told me I could order something else through the app and he would send the drinks that I had already pay for with that order( which meant I would have to pay more money). I told him I felt both solutions were unfair and why I felt that way. He told me that I was just mad that I wouldn’t have my drinks with my meal and talked over me whenever I tried to make a statement. He was treating me more like an annoying ex girlfriend than a paying customer. I let him know that I would not be supporting this business anymore and he simply replied “that’s fine”. I told him that I would be reporting him to his senior managers and he gave me their names and the times they would be in the restaurant and hung up on me. I finally decided to go to restaurant to see if anything could me done. There was female manager there, who instantly felt bad when I explained the situation and gave me another free meal at no charge along with a additional drink. I am thankful to this manager for her professionalism, but the damage had already been done. The male manager would not have treated me that way if he didn’t know he would get away with it. Read moreTHE WORST SERVICE OUT OF ANY “FAST FOOD” PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I’ll start by saying I went through the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I kept saying hello but instead of replying to me the workers had a conversation amongst eachother about a customer, which I could hear every bit of, and continued to ignore me.
Then I order my food, specifically say 3 times “no peppers, no mushrooms”, and the man repeated it back to me so I thought he understood. I also ordered a side of ranch.
My food wasn’t ready after 5 minutes in the drive thru so they had me pull up to spot 1 to wait. More than 5 minutes after that a worker comes up to my window and asks me what I ordered... I told him exactly what I ordered and he says “awwww that’s not good I’m gonna have to take this food back inside”. OF COURSE THEY PUT PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS ON IT AFTER I SAID NOT TO MANY TIMES AND THEY SAID THEY UNDERSTOOD. I then had to wait in the spot for 15 whole minutes until they brought me out my new sandwich.
I check the bag and of course my ranch that I ordered and was charged for wasn’t in the bag. So I went inside with my receipt and was given ranch.
The food was also terribly disgusting. My fries were cold, not even warm, but cold mushy and soggy. My sandwich was cold too, had no flavor at all, and looked beyond awful. It almost looked like someone scooped tuna salad and put it on a bun, because the sandwich didn’t even look like steak at all.
Oh and after all of this I didn’t receive one apology from any of the workers. Not a simple “I’m sorry” for not acknowledging me in the drive thru, taking 30 minutes in total to get me my food, messing up my order TWO times. Not even one apology from any worker...
