BoFill's BBQ and Bar — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Drove a half hour to try this place.. always prefer to give our business to small businesses.. placed our order before the place was crowded.. we waited over an hour and when I asked for the first time how much longer its going to be(after over an hour already) I was told 10-15 minutes or so more thats its cooked fresh and they had alot of to go orders.. 20 minutes prior to this we were told our orders would be out next but 3 other people's orders came out before ours, people that were sat at the bar that came in after us got their food before us. . sitting for over an hour and wasn't even offered bread in the meantime. We left without ever getting our food( after waiting 1 hour 10 minutes)

You're also a complete liar. You didn't attempt to remedy anything, we knew what business we were going to as again we purposely drove 30 minutes to give your place a try, after an hour of not being served ..yes my CHILDREN were very hungry. Any bad reviews you seen to get you reply fake review.. no..those are just honest reviews and you can't be adult enough to except it. Your responses to your bad reviews speak volumes of your character. We left your restaurant without saying one word..you did not speak to us to rectify anything. With your complete lies I hope this place doesn't last long. Much better BBQ options out there with much more polite and kind staff that treat ALL their customers nicely not just...

First off we drove all the way from Gary IN. based on a recommendation from a friend. Only to arrive on a Saturday (before Father’s Day) at 3PM to find the parking lot empty but decided to go in anyway. Only to that the dining area is closed. That wouldn’t have been so bad if there had been a better attitude associated with it. Then when we went to order, they have NO RIBS or MAC & CHEESE. How are you a BBQ restaurant and don’t have ribs? Again I would have been ok if the attitude had been better. Then after ordering the 3 meat platter, I was told I couldn’t get double tips due to the fact that you didn’t have ribs. Also please stop saying you have Jerk Chicken when all you do is fry chicken wings and put a jerk sauce on it. That’s not jerk chicken. So now to the food. The tips were above average, the chicken was what you would expect being fried and having sauce on them, still good , the links were a little on the dry side but still ok. The best part of the experience was we waited in the car and they brought our food to the car. So unfortunate that my first experience with a place that has so much potential was not the best. My wife and I decided to try this place tonight after passing it several times before. I rarely give a 5 star review but in this case, it's definitely warranted. First off, the service was excellent. The servers and chef were very engaging and were most attentive. I did my usual upon first arriving, that is, I went to the bathroom to check it's level of cleanliness, as I firmly believe how well maintained your bathroom is, is an indicator of how your kitchen looks and operates. I have to say it was undoubtedly one of the most pristine restaurant bathrooms I've ever been in! On to the food: My wife had a rib tip dinner with fries and cole slaw, I had a combo that had a sampling of rib tips, wings, and hot link. The link was one of the best I've ever had, not hot at all - but incredibly flavorful. So flavorful in fact, I didn't even care the "hot link" wasn't hot at all. The wings were nice and crispy and equally flavorful. The rib tips were superb - meaty, juicy, bursting with flavor, and as tender as a petite filet!
