La Michoacana Azteca #3 — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Came here with my family for the second time. The first time we had a great experience. We had a great conversation with a lady that seemed to be the manager/owner from the place. She welcomed us to the neighborhood since we are new here. We love trying new places and saw that this place was really close to us. This second time, the girl who took our order was very ignorant and rude with the worst customer service we’ve experienced. We asked for a dorielote which is just basically elote with Doritos with the Mayo, cotija cheese, and asked for jalapeños and cheddar cheese. We got the cheddar cheese but not the regular cotija cheese so I kindly told the girl that she forgot to add the cotija cheese. She responded with the worst attitude, very immature. She rolled her eyes and threw the cheese in the Dorito bag. My husband got really upset and told her there’s no need for her attitude that we were going to pay for all the extra condiments that we asked for. I really wanted to throw the food at her and leave, but I held back. Even the couple behind us looked at each other surprise of the girl’s reaction. The girl’s name on the receipt said Sam, if you read this SAM, learn how to fkn manage your attitude and if you don’t like working with people then start looking for another job. You just made this place lose what could’ve been long term customers, and trust me we will make sure to tell others...

Ice cream hands down on options. Plenty of variety to chose from. The reason for my low review is the customer service. I have a 3 year old that is just started letting me know she needs to use the restroom. We thought we would make it back home by that time but unfortunately the drive up was 10 cars deep. I went inside and asked if she could use the bathroom while we waited for our order and this guy stated their bathrooms are broken. Now I've been coming here since they opened. I was even supporting them thru Covid-19. I know the bathrooms were not broken. The signs have been on there over 5 months which I understand overall this pandemic but this is a 3 year old starting to go on her own. He didn't even let me take her to the employee bathroom. He had the nerve to say that's what diapers are used for!!! Needless to say I will not support this business. One customer not buying from them probably won't make a difference but definitely my piece of mind spending my hard earn money in a place where they know how to treat their customer is where I will go. The owner needs to be more involved in this location. Enrique is not good at doing his job as a manager. I asked for a lemonade with chia seeds, and I got a lemonade with 12 pieces of chia. I waited in the drive thru and asked for more chia as there was no chia and showed him. He comes back, and the top of the lemonade was a bunch of unformed chia. Very unacceptable. I paid $6.55 for a large lemonade with chia seeds, not lemonade with 12 pieces of Chia. As I went in showing him my unacceptable lemonade, he wanted to charge me for another one tried claiming to refund policy.
