C&M Awards — Local services in Bremen Township

I recently went into C&M Awards to have a PLAQUE made. I went through each detail of the PLAQUE with the salesperson, size, color, etc., I sent an email with two pictures to be included on the PLAQUE. There were approximately 10 emails exchanged, and ALL the emails started (Re; PLAQUE) and detailed info and attachments for the PLAQUE to be made. I even received an email letting me know it would be READY at 3PM on 8/25. They also included, "please leave us a Google review. I replied that I would pick it up late 8/26, or on 8/27. I went in on 8/26 at 3:30 to pick up the PLAQUE, and I was met with a sign on the locked door saying " back at 4PM" which meant I had to wait 30 minutes, which I did. Upon going in for the PLAQUE, the other salesperson couldn't locate it, so she called her co-worker to see where it was. SURPRISE....it was not only NOT READY, they wanted to know what I wanted engraved on my TROPHY.....SMH They may do nice work, when they get the order correct, but they have NO CLUE how to run a business! On Friday May 27th, 2022 I wanted to award my employees that have gone above and beyond with customer service at Home Depot. I went looking to see if the Tinley Park location could help me. The lady said it was to short of a notice. So I left to see if I could find another location close to me. I found the Oak Forest location. C&M Awards they went above and beyond. Michelle was kind enough to show me some options. Michelle told me she could have them ready by Sunday. Michelle said that she would come in on Sunday for me even though they are closed. Michelle made sure I would have them ready for Memorial day to award my employees. Talk about going the extra mile in customer service. Michelle charismatic her magnetic personality and passion is beyond words. Her customer service is greatly appreciated. I went in on Sunday to pick them up and to my surprise the awards were amazing. The craftsmanship was stunning. TALK ABOUT ART WORK!!!! So that being said if you are looking for outstanding awards go to C&M Awards in Oak Forest.
