On 3/15/2022 I placed on online order and sent a friend to grab it . The order was 2 fish sandwiches and 2 slushies. When he picked up the order there were no slushies . He stated the young lady said we never ordered them. Logically you would think one would look at the receipt to see that other items were ordered because 2 fish sandwiches do not cost $23.21. I called and spoke to I believe her name is Morgan ( sweet as pie) and told her I was over charged . She was apologetic and told me that I would have to come for my refund , which was $5.21 since it couldn’t be refunded back to the original method of payment . I live in Indiana, which is far from Country Club hills so I requested to speak to a manager to see what else can be done. I spoke to the manager who put me on the phone with the Store Manager Ms. Brown , who is beyond incompetent. Her customer service was ignorant and she left me on hold for 42 minutes . During that 42 minutes I had the time to visit the location . Still on hold , when I went in I was notified that Ms. Brown had left ! Morgan’s reaction was to the manager was ā€œ you left her on hold for 42 minutes ?ā€ The manager said ā€œ Ms. Brown was on the phone with her , I was wondering why she was still on hold ā€œ. So in 42 minutes nobody picked up the phone , got it ! I asked for Ms. Brown information and the manager didn’t have it, she stated ā€œ I don’t know ā€œ. I asked for the owners information she said ā€œ I don’t know ā€œ. She told me the owner is normally in on Tuesdays! Welp what do you know Tuesday came no one answered ! Oh but the i was offered a free sandwich for my trouble ! Safe to say I will not be returning . It sucks because it’s black owned ! Ms. Brown needs to be retrained and maybe take some days for herself for yer lack of customer service, lethargic tone and incompetent management skills. Morgan was more apologetic than both managers ! 42 minutes to be forgotten about ? 42 minutes for an error that wasn’t mine ?! 42 minutes for $5.21 ? It’s the principle ,inconvenience and the attitude of not appreciating customers supports because NO ONE HAS TO SUPPORT THESE BUSINESSES! Businesses thrive off of customers not the other way around especially when there are similar services around !

No Omar JuicešŸ˜‚..if u know u knew (ol heads)šŸ˜‚..I use to luv the fishwish..the concept was there but the Docks taste 4 me wasn't..it lacked that Docks seasonings..add $1.50 for cheese & 30 cent for pickles..the Wednesday special is still there!!!yay!!!customer service represents your business.. owners check on your businesses people work hard 4 there money and as prices for services increases your customer service should reflect that..a cashier/1st encounter will make or break your business..appreciate the fact that I chose to spend my hard earned money at your establishment..I grew up with Docks..a household name.. dedication/loyalty.. simple improvements..better seasoning & Docks Great Fish customer service

Don’t even bother! Just take that drive over to 87th street. šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø I ordered the sea nuggets, fish sandwich and wings for my baby. Got home, the wings were burnt, the sandwich was full of tartar sauce and the nuggets taste like they were cooked in old grease! 🤢. NO SEASONING! And I’m only eating it cuz i paid for it, i got hot sauce and I’m just hungry. Then i find out the owner of this location owns the one on 35th. I had the same problem with the 35th location a few months ago. Old grease taste. Imma just stick with 87th street from now on.

I am writing to express my frustration with the unprofessional treatment I have received during my visits to your establishment. Over the past two weeks, I have experienced multiple issues that have led me to question the leadership and customer service practices at your restaurant.

Last week, I was given osmall piece of catfish after paying $40 for my meal, which I felt was not representative of the value I expected. When I get fish all the time to say I know it but that's how it came is crazy. This week, when I ordered and was told that three mild sauces came with the meal, I was informed by the employee that the mild sauces were not included after I had already paid. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told to pay extra for the saucesor get out.he also refused an refund. I also saw a sign that indicated the sauces should be included, yet I was treated rudely and dismissively when I raised the issue.

To make matters worse, when I politely expressed my concern about the situation, I was told to leave the store. This type of behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. It’s unacceptable for a manager to be rude, dismissive, and to make up rules on the spot, especially when dealing with paying customers who are just seeking a fair and pleasant experience.

I believe it is essential for any business to provide respectful and consistent service, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the overall atmosphere and customer relations at your restaurant. i also am concerned how he treat the young lady their. Over charging for the sea nuggets those sizes are wrong. I ordered through Uber eats to pick up my food. I noticed that they were getting skimpy on the large sea nuggets so I ordered a large and small. The small came in a kids size tray with 6 nuggets and the large had 12 pieces in the tray which came in the size of a small tray. I asked the manager in there to show me the kids size tray then he said the kids and small come in the same tray the kids just get less nuggets. I asked him what happened to the portions he told me before they were giving out to much and from now on this is what you would get. Even if I bought two large sea nuggets from here it still wouldn’t be the large I was accustomed to. So going forward I will just go to 119th location where they actually give you what you pay for. He told me small 2 oz large 4 oz if that equals 6 nuggets and 12 nuggets you may want to get a new scale I was ordering every week from here. Until the size of orders shrank down every week. I use to get so many I didn’t even think to count. I’m thinking a large sea nugget should be 8oz Small 4oz and kids 2oz. But hey 119th obviously are ran by people that can afford to give proper...
