Mr. Submarine — Restaurant in Bremen Township

I’ve been eating Mr. sub since I was a teenager they used to be and Mr. sub next-door to the bar we drink at I cannot believe just this week. I had a roast beef warm and the sub sauce that they put on there was like water I couldn’t believe it Was like the thing that used to make all their subs was there whatever they put on it oil but it’s got an oil based it like a almost an Italian dressing man just really disappointed Then I got a baklava dessert. Oh my God for five dollars. I felt like I should’ve got slept in the face my Lord you know what charge me 67 dollars please give me enough that I could’ve lifted. I had something to eat for dessert five bucks charge me six dollars charge me seven dollars least give me something to eat at that point doesn’t matter horrible horrible for a long time. These young kids took it over are gonna drive it right into the ground. Everything taste blah I mean you can’t even get the oil and seasoning sauce right I mean it’s like seven seas packet taste...

Funniest thing happened. I’m not even mad I have to give props to the girl who tried hiding and shutting the lights off to pretend they were closed! Lol. So my husband and I came through the drive thru the place said it was open on google until 2am. So. we thought we heard someone on the speaker in drive thru but right away they cut off. We kept saying hello and nobody answered so we pulled up to the window and lights were all off my husband spotted a girl trying to hide lol so he waved hi and she had no choice but to come out her hiding spot! She said what do you want? We said we want to order food it says your open until 2am! She’s like no we are not! And then she’s like well we’re kinda open but not really so we asked well what does that mean? She told us well you can only order sandwiches that’s it. All of a sudden some guy popped up out of no where turn the lights on and made our sandwiches. Lol weird...

I ordered from them on July 3, 2020. I went through the drive thru. The young lady had trouble hearing me over the intercom but she repeated my order back to me at the window. My 88 year old grandmother ordered a chicken on pita but she received a gyro on pita. I called and spoke with manager about the mishap. He told me to bring the gyro back to him. I would never order from this place again. I now question the cleanliness and quality of the food. Why would they accept open food back from customers?Maybe to repackage it and sell it to the next naive family. With everything going on, this policy is extremely disturbing.
