I absolutely loved working with Steve our instructor, knowledgeable, experienced and has an authentic way of teaching. I finished my last day of theory and had only my my final exam and left before completing the course. What an extremely disappointing experience. I was in the hospital sick as ever and didn't want to miss clinicals I left my hospital bed and went straight to clinicals because it was super important to me. I showed up to clinicals and the instructors wife wouldn't allow me to go on the floor and learn. She said I wasn't in any condition to be on the floor. I went to other clinicals after with no complaints. Only to be dropped from the course AFTER I finished. I called to find out why and was informed that the instructors wife told the attendance office Rep Valerie that I wasn't allowed to go on the floor because I was proven to be under the influence. Which was an ABSOLUTE LIE!!!! I never was asked or tested it even mentioned to about any concern of the sort. She counted it as an absence as well. This place is not what I thought it was. Apparently this Mom & Pop shop is under the disguise of great information and a great instructor for a nickel and dime scheme to get you to pay more and more money to get your course done. Once I pull my hospital records and proof of defamation of character I will not only be using this business I'll be making it my business to shout out the real point of this operation from the roof tops so no one else wastes their time...

This school has gone down. I referred a couple of students there for the CNA program (11/2023- 1/2024) who are reluctant to complaining (until the program is complete) for fear of being spitefully failed. The assigned instructor does not teach the class, but had been replaced by DeeDee (who refuses to share her full name). She is very unprofessional, rude and has no compassion for the students. DeeDee has told a student to "shut up", she constantly reminds the class that she does not like "this class", DeeDee has failed students but does not teach anything and refuses to give guidance for failed test. Students have asked what they failed and DeeDee has told them "figure it out". She often brings her problems to the class and gives off a very negative energy to the students as she often reminds them "most of yall won't finish this program". It is truly sad that aspiring Nurse Assistants have to endure all of this just to successfully complete this program. DeeDee should not be teaching because this is clearly not...

GREAT SCHOOL. Great instruction. Great people at the front. I attended this school in 2022, and my experience was great. As a long term caregiver I went in expecting to “know everything” no! I learned so many new things here. They always made me feel good by encouraging me to keep going despite some extreme hardships I was facing the didn’t give up on me ! They still even call me till this day to let me know about jobs. Once you are a student here, the facility is open to you for LIFE ! So whether you wanna further you education or just have a few questions they are always available. This school changed my life and made me more optimistic about my future !
