Kenootz Pizza — Restaurant in Bremen Township

If I could rate it less than one I would whoever is running the store on the inside the bat, white haired old lady should be immediately fired. She was reaching for the cookies with her bare hands no gloves or anything and straight up eating it out of the box as if she owned all of the cookies in there the ones she was selling to the customers she said the order would take 10 minutes and it took 30 to get the food out and she was really rude about it when I asked and she had a problem with me asking about the time even though I was just delivering food she was trying to micromanage me the same way she micromanages the people who work there she was literally bullying her employees for 30 minutes straight in front of me, telling them exactly what to do in the most annoying way as if she was ordering them to do what she wanted extremely rude followed me outside, asking me what I said or what I was gonna say said she doesn’t care about me rating her online or the ratings in general and she said I could do whatever I want just for context half of my food was ready for half an hour before the lady gets the rest of my food out. Was at CCHC on Halsted a lil earlier today & someone was giving away slices of pizza from this restaurant. The pizzas was soooo good that I had to do a review! Sorry but I was too hungry to take a pic and just dug into in🤣 but it was 🔥🔥 They had all thin crust pizzas. Ranging from; cheese, pepperoni and sausage. I only had sausage cuz that's all I eat🙄 The way everybody was licking their fingers and smacking on the different kinds of pizzas, I'm assuming theirs was just as good as my sausage🤣 This restaurant is now saved in my phone with my other favorite restaurants. I use to only go to Beggars in Merrionette Park but now I'm gonna have to start patronizing Kenootz too. Update: Kenootz owners acted promptly and resolved the problem swiftly. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend!

Hi Kenootz owners! You were the husband and wife duo pizza vendor at the Ray and Joan Kroc Center's children's movie in the park event yesterday evening, Friday, August 23, 2024.

I was a partnered affiliate business with the Kroc center. I've attended a plethora of these events so I get mistakes happen. My desire is to have the mistake remedied as soon as possible.

I purchased what was advertised as a $25.00 pizza, pepperoni to be exact. The transaction came out to be $25.63. This was at 8:12 p.m. Upon awakening this morning, I noticed a pending transaction for the amount of $32.04 for which I never authorized nor was made aware of at the time of purchase. If you could fix this error by refunding the difference, that would be greatly appreciated ma'am and good sir. Visa card ending in 3058.
