My stars are for your idea and the fact it is a family business. You have a great idea and the thought of making it franchisable is something you are creating for your immediate family and the family you have yet to come. Something to keep in mind is having a single location or two is completely different from having multiple locations and then there are other families that are depending on you too. You have a wonderful, talented, smart family. Don’t let something like ego stand in the way of making something great for them. Build them up, encourage them and you will be someone they will always look up to and they will not let you down. I recently had a daughter and I made her a promise the day she was born that she would never have to worry about my love or support of her no matter what choices she makes in her life. She is my child, my flesh and blood and there is nothing she could do to change how I feel about her. The world is changing everyday and I believe it will continue to change even more and more rapidly. What I knew as a child my daughter will never know house phones, life before computers, and so much more. Find the right partner, embrace your children’s ideas and make your dream happen. Sauce is really bad. I've been in F&B for 23 years and am a chef. You can tell it's the bottom of the barrel for ingredients. I've been all over the country and have started and fixed dozen of restaurants and this one needs help. If you here out this anywhere other than where it is it wouldn't make it a year!!!! I'm from SC and it would never make it here. The fact that they want to franchise it is totally hilarious !!!! They can't figure out how to Max your flavor product and process after 20 years doing it is sad because it could be something!! But it'll always be what it is. I'm amazed it has as good as ratings as it does. Then again what to people know there about food. Wouldn't know good food and how to make money if it was dropped in their lap. Oh yeah that's already happened and they blew it!!!! Also in a personal note you should be ashamed of yourself for what you did to Doug!! Dino is kinda a douche. I have 4 kids and 7 step kids and would never alienate any of my kids and kick them. Not what REAL MEN are suppose to do. I had a father like that and he'll die alone. You actually have a decent concept but you ever want to be anything on a real level change you're sauce and process. I opened a 7.5 million dollar restaurant in Myrtle Beach a couple years ago and we where serving 8,000 people a day. We did that because we worked together and where open to criticism and change....

The whole pizza here is great. I have had the regular slice a few times but it’s not same as order an entire pie. All the employees are always nice and polite. I even saw some kid buy a shaved ice go outside and goofing around with his buddy drop it, walk back in tell them he dropped it and they gave him another one for free. Honestly he would have have been out of luck with me but that’s neither here nor there. Back to the pizza I am pretty picky with my food, always growing up they ordered and or made pizza at home with lots of cheese pepperoni sausage pineapple ham jalapeño onion and tomato. I never liked the tomato it gets too soggy ham is hard to find a decent one. Anyway fast forward 20 years the way I order my pizza is extra extra cheese pepperoni sausage pineapple and half jalapeño, well done (sometimes jalapeños can be very spicy). This place has been the best. Many places will charge for extra cheese but won’t actually put any more on and. I believe use skim or low moisture cheese and just doesn’t have the same full flavor. Order whatever your favorite toppings are and say well done and you’ll have a beautifully caramelized golden brown super delicious pizza....
