Ozinga Field — Attraction in Bremen Township

Edit/follow up: I was eventually contacted by a manager and my issue was resolved satisfactorily. We had a nice experience at the game. It's definitely the MINOR leagues, but nice that it is a fun and affordable family outing option in the area.

Purchased tickets in advance for a game. When my husband and I became sick the day of the game, I called to ask if I could exchange my tickets for another day. I spoke with two different people in the box office on different calls. Both said they had to ask a manager if I could exchange - and then took my info under the pretense of giving me a call back. Nearly a week later, no return call. It is basic customer service for people answering the phone to know the business policies... but these people apparently are clueless. Or they think it is better to put me off instead of telling me the truth? If there are no exchanges, why didn't someone JUST TELL ME and save me the trouble of multiple phone calls to find out? Instead of acting like they were helping me out. Obviously this manager had no intention of actually calling me back. We went here as a group and rented the sky box. Perfect for small parties. One room was open air and the other room was air-conditioned so it was perfect. We got our own waitress that was very nice and kept checking on us often. We got pizza, hotdogs, hamburgers, and drinks. It also happened to be Elvis night! So there was a wonderful Elvis impersonator there! He took pictures with the kids. The sky box package also included that we could send someone from our group out to do the first pitch!!! This place is clean and the staff are super friendly. We love this small sports venue. I feel safe to let my kids wander (9,12,14) and there is a playground for the kids. The food is over priced and not great, but that just is a part of going to a stadium. They have specials on drinks throughout the summer..last night $1.50 beer and $4 seltzers. They are very supportive of the local community and have a ton of theme nights. Definitely recommend checking out a thunderbolts game! My son's little League team had the chance to play in...
