Steak N Egger Midlothian — Restaurant in Bremen Township

Extremely disappointed. My partner and I have been going to Steak N' Eggers for a long time in the city and were happy to have found one closer to our new home. We arrived and were greeted, given menus and told someone would be with us shortly. Shortly after we arrived, two different couples arrives. We kept waiting for a waitress to come around and take our orders however that never happened. Instead the two couples after us were served (given coffee/drinks and orders taken) before us. Even the third couple that arrived and knew the waitress were taken care of quickly. Needless to say we left immediately but not before letting them know how extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL that was. All we were told was "oh, sorry about that."

We won't be returning to the Steak N' Eggers in Midlothian again. We rather drive to the city where we know we will be...

Me and my husband was at this restaurant eating breakfast and when we left my husband left his phone on the table. When we went back to get it, we asked if they seen a phone and noone seem to have seen the phone until i asked the manager to roll back the camera one on the staff said can i help you with anything after she seen me talking with the manger and looking at the camera. Now all of a sudden she said i found a phone its right here in our lost and found. We were only gone for about 5 minutes, how could u forget about that in that length of time. If i wouldn't have asked to see the camera they would've stole his phone. They just...

If i could rate this a zero star I would! Our service wasn't all that great. The other server that was working had a pair of gloves on (understanding considering flu season) I watched her touch cleaner then stop doing that and pick up a plate of food and serve it she went straight back to cleaning with cleaner! She touched the ground with these same gloves on, interacted with money all while keeping the same gloves on went straight back to dealing with food. My food was cold no flavor at all. My kids where very unsatisfied with their food also. Most definitely would not recommend it and most definitely wasn't worth...
