This is probably the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. I sat in line for 11 minutes just to get this tired greeting of " what's your order?" That sucked...just to order a number 2 with a strawberry lemonade... pull up and the cashier hands me my drink... 2 minutes later she's handing me a 2nd strawberry lemonade.. I inform her that she's already given me one... she looked surprised and took it back (first sign this was a bad visit). another 2 minutes... a lady comes and hands me a bag but never let's it go and then says wait and takes it back and disappear.. then comes back and hands me a bag again.. I pulled over to get out the line to check my order because to much was going wrong in that line and sure enough I had a 4 for $4 .. I went in the restaurant at that point and there was a man in line waiting to be serviced while the manager, cashiers, and the cook was laughing deep in a personal conversation... at this point I had enough and stated loud enough to get someone's attention this isn't what I ordered. At that point, the manager said what did you order, I said a number 2, and she walked away.. nothing else was said, no apology, no acknowledgement whatsoever.. the customer in line shook his head, smirked, and stated "look at her what did you expect? Actual customer service?" I waited 4 minutes for the manager to then hand the bag to the cashier and say "give this to that lady"... again no apology, acknowledgement, etc... I asked for the manager, the cashier pointed to the lady that lacked the most customer service that night...she told me her name was Veda or Vita...get to the car and ranted for a fry... it was cold and my burger was lukewarm.. to avoid acting out, I just went home but this was my first visit here and my last.. you can't expect me too spend my money in places that don't appreciate...
Read moreService was extremely slow. It seemed only a single order was taken and completed at drive-thru before the next order was taken. There was only one car ahead of me and only once car behind me. I ordered a Breakfast Baconator Sandwich, a Classic Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich, and a Medium Seasoned Potatoes. I was told that they only have Small and Large. I replied that the menu shows Small, Medium, and Large. After a few seconds of silence, I was told to drive around. When I reached the window, the girl at the window did not greet me, had no smile, and mumbled a total price. I said, so you do have the Medium Seasoned Potatoes? She mumbled back, yeah. I handed her my credit card, she took it and a few seconds later walked away. About 3-4 minutes later, I had to flag someone down to have the girl who took my credit card to come back to the window so I could ask her for my credit card. She walked over to the register and then handed me my credit card, but looked annoyed as I inconvenienced her. About a minute later, she handed me the bag of food then closed the window without a single word. I never was handed a receipt and there was none in the bag. That person had the personality of a Stop sign. In regards to the food, the Baconator Sandwich was missing the second layer of bacon and the bacon that was in it was burnt. The Classic sandwich had an old dry bun. The Seasoned Potatoes were barely warm. The food should always be hot and fresh, especially when they...
Read moreI ordered a meal from Wendy's (because nothing else was open ) i asked for no lettuce or ranch sauce and a honey mustard on the side on a spicy chicken sandwich . I got my order about to pull off and the fries were cold, my chicken had lettuce on it and they didn't even give me the honey mustard! I took the order back in and requested a refund and a rude employee blurted out "No Refunds", not "Sorry your order is incorrect" Sinai requested to speak to a manager which then told me "no refunds" like, what? How? I stated that i wouldn't except that. It got so bad the manager told me that he would give it to me out if his pocket. Obviously this is not about the $12 I lost. I am an advocate of not accepting wrong treatment and being ok with it. I have a few questions for the franchise owners; Does this "no-refund" policy reside in all stores across the border or certain neighborhoods? I'm asking because the neighborhood I was currently in just happened to be predominantly minority occupied. Do you train your employees to immediately reject your customers and behave defensively? I personally won't be patronizing your franchise again and will be writing to your corporate state holders, again, this isn't about the money. I'm tired of being mistreated by large companies/corporations and being...
