Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bremen

Will never order from your establishment again. First off the whole computerized system is trash. Part of customer service is answering the phones. We prefer to talk to real human beings. So anyway the computer took my order down as take out when i clearly said it was for delivery and i even gave my address TWICE. So we sat and waited for an hour and still no delivery. So then i call back and refused to speak to the computer and actually waited to speak to a person. Right away she sounded annoyed at even having to answer the phone. I explain to her that we were waiting for an hour for our food to be delivered. She then tells me that the order was for take out and was waiting for us to come get it. I told her NO it was suppose to be delivered and that they even took down my address. She then says " well it will be there in 10 minutes!" So more like 20 minutes pass and the order arrives. And the delivery driver tried to charge me extra. The price i was given on the phone was $26.19. But the delivery person tried to charge me $33.13 after i had already waited over an hour and the mix up was with their stupid computer. I told the delivery person " that is not the price i was given on the phone". She then said to me " its $33.13 or it goes back!!" So that really ticked me off and i told her to take it back then! I am not paying extra after we had to wait over an hour for it and it was their stupid computer that messed it up! So anyway, will not be doing business anymore with you! This store is a literal joke. I have been ordering from this location for years and have never had any problems except for the past couple of years. The problems are endless, and the store really doesn’t care about their customers. I placed an order the other day for delivery at a “Hot spot location” and while ordering I had to repeat my order and my card information multiple times. On top of having to repeat myself I did not get a total for my order. The driver said he would be there in 20 minutes. We were left waiting for over an hour! On top of that our total was extremely higher than normal and we were not provided a receipt. Upon looking at our order, we were missing one of our items. I called the store and spoke with Will the one who took our order, and explained that we didn’t get a total and we’re missing an item off of our order. He began to argue with me stating he gave a total when he in fact did not. I then spoke with Justin the manager and was told the next time I ordered if it was equal to or less than to our previous order that it would be taken care of. I insisted on getting my missing item refunded but he PROMISED they would take care of it. I called today and spoke with Kevin the GM and he refused to stand by what his other manager said. Over the past few months we’ve had multiple bad experiences with this dominos. A couple months ago we ordered from here and our pizza was cold when we got it. The guy who took our order (Will) did not tell us a total and when we paid for the pizza it was double our normal price. And we order the same thing every time. We also did not receive some of our order. We were told it would be 20 minutes and we’re left waiting for an hour. Keep in mind we live 30 mins away. We called to tell them what had happened and Will got an extremely bad attitude like that of a toddler. We were then put on the line with the manager Justin. He told us the next time we ordered if our order was less than or equal too it would be a store credit. We called back a few days later to use our store credit and we were told that they couldn’t give it to us because “Justin wouldn’t just give away pizzas” (as stated by the employee). We decided to give this dominos another shot tonight. Part of our order was left out once again. I called and spoke to justin. And was told I cannot get a refund because he would have to “cancel the whole payment”. So I was told I would receive “store credit” once again which I am not hopeful about.
