Bay Street Coffee Co — Restaurant in Bremerton

Last week their debit machine went down for like a week. I came through and ordered two coffee's but paid for one and had one I owe you. I did not return for like a week. I finally had the chance and ordered two coffee's one for my self and my daughter and wanted to put 50.00 dollars on my account. Kaley asked if I wanted to settle my bill as I guess they had finally got the machine fixed. Why did she run my card for 82.53? She apparently added my daughter's I owe you's on my tab as I was under the impression I was only paying for the one. After she ran my card and I signed for it I explained that I wanted only to pay for mine and that she took it upon herself to add them "ALL" together as she should have asked first. But it doesn't stop there... I went to the coffee shop the next day and she said that she no longer is going to serve me or my daughter as the day before tipped her over the edge and apparently spoke to her boss about it too. I for one don't believe that because their machine was broke, how I was only to pay for one coffee should it fallen on me. Kaley was dropping F bombs saying she's the nicest person in the world and so on. If you were I would not have felt that on that day it would have not been confrontational as I was only trying to pay my bill plus put money on my account. It's not a bar or something where you can refuse service especially if the customer did...

I just love bay street coffee, it is my absolute favorite place to get coffee in Bremerton. Whatever coffee beans they use to make their espresso coffee drinks is amazing and every time I am there when I get a drink I have to always get whipped cream because they make their whipped cream in the coffee shop everyday and they have flavors of whipped cream like sometimes it's coffee flavored whipped cream sometimes it's just straight vanilla sometimes it's Cherry so my main thing that I actually love the most is their flavors of...

I remember as a young girl my mom driving us to this coffee shop. Now as an adult moving back to the area I am reminded why it is so fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive. They make a delicious drinks and have a great menu. My kids love the apple juices and Casey's cookies that are sold. I have enjoyed several lattes. It is close to my home and convenient with two entrances. I will frequent it as the...
