Edit: July 24th, 2023 - super stoked the lava sauce is back! Yes, they now charge $1 for a side, but wth, I really missed it. I get to the window and the sauce cups are tiny. Whatever. Not like I'm going to order this all the time. Get home and open sauce cup - 1/8" layer of sauce sitting sadly at the bottom of the cup. I got charged $2 for two tiny, nearly empty sauce cups.
Taco Bell. Do better.

I am local, and have been to this taco bell probably about a few hundred times now out of sheer proximity. Let me give you the real scoop. The employees on average are absolutely fantastic. The wait times, however, are enough to make you contemplate driving over the curb and thru the bushes just to escape. Which I absolutely have done, btw. I'm talking HOUR + wait times ON AVERAGE. If there happens to be any more than 1 car beyond the ordering box, back it up and get out while you can!!!!! Not. Exaggerating. You will be stuck in line ALL NIGHT. Also, food is meh. You have to REALLY want some msg-soaked grade d garbage to persist thru this portal of a thousand life times wasted. If you insist, don't forget to turn your car off after every car length you move - you know, to save gas. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
Edit: just rolled thru this morning (July 31st) and the girl working the window complained loudly to her coworkers about being asked for a very basic off-menu item right in front of me in a passive-aggressive move. They've never had an issue making it in the past, but this girl had serious issues with being asked and was going to make sure I heard her complain...
Read moreHaving to wait in a drive-thru that you can't back out of for 45 minutes is quite ridiculous. The long wait has happened on more than one occasion. Tonight, the lights weren't on outside at 8pm, the menu was completely dark. I don't know the franchise owner of this place, but whoever you are, you should be ashamed of yourself and should close this location down. I can't blame the employees (kids) due to the lack of training and leadership the management team has to offer them, they truly are getting shafted if this is their first introduction into the workforce, and the owner and management should seriously consider another line of work, maybe a door greeter somehwere or just stay home and continue to commence in your brainless vegetative state because rolling a burrito is too difficult. The taco bell corporation gives you all the tools for success, however, your total ineptitude of your business surely shows that you cannot handle such a task that has been 80 percent completed for you. Future patrons of this location, if you truly want a lackluster experience, below average food, extreme long wait times, horrendous drive-thru trap, then maybe this place is for you, I implore you to venture out and not waste your time with this establishment, clearly the owner doesn't care about the patrons, why should the customer care about their business. Read morePlaced an online order for the Kitsap Way location. Went through the drive up, gave my name for the order. I was told they didn't have it. I pulled up to the window so the people behind me could order. I sat at the window and the guy ignored me. I made the comment if he was going to talk to me and he just kept on taking orders and making drinks. I went into the lobby and after about 10 minutes the drive up guy asked if I just wanted to place another order. I checked my bank account and had already been charged, so I told him no since it was almost $50. A few min later, someone else found my order. It still took awhile for it to be ready. Then I had to remind them there were drinks. This entire process took about 40 to 45 minutes. It wasn't just me, others in the lobby were also having to wait for parts of their orders and the restaurant wasn't as busy as it normally is. I can also understand if the crew is new and learning, but watching it didn't seem to be the case. Also, this isn't the first time there has been a problem, it seems like every time there is something, I have to go back because they forgot something, or it's not correct.
