Qmart — Local services in Bremerton

In late March 2023 I pulled into Q-Mart to get my monthly refill of cigarettes (3 cartons Camel Wides). Having been here many times I didn't pay attention to the total when they brought it up as I knew how much it was typically. A few days later I discovered they charged me about half-again as usual. Now I expected the occasional increase in price but this was a bit much. I did the math and realized the clerk charged me the per pack price, not carton. A simple mistake? Maybe/Probably, but also a glaring smack in the face.

Along with a confluence of other factors in my life at the time, I decided then that I simply could not financially afford to smoke cigarettes any longer. I spent April 2023 going through that last supply then May avoiding everyone I knew (shy grin). It is now May 2025 and I have not had a whiff of nicotine laden anything since that last batch. I believe I owe much of my success to Q-Mart and their unwaivering commitment to employee training.

Thank you Q-Mart for helping a 40+ year pack-a-day smoker...

Great Lil spot to grab smokes n like items.... they're super cheap... because they're an actual native reservation I guess.... I heard, but don't quote me, that where Qmart is located at, is the smallest Indian reservation in the US, apparently... which, if it's true, is kinda cool... who'da thunkit...?! Bremerton.... hah. Anyway, go to Qmart if you want cheap smokes... especially native brands, like Completes or something similar.. they're less than $5/pack, and sub $50 a carton... can't go wrong there...!! They also have like RedBulls n other beverages n some Lil snacks n candy like things too.. n loose tobacco n tubes for roll your own if that's your thing... I love the drive thru style thing they got going on at Qmart... it's almost always pretty quick to get up to the window n get done n on your way with your goods.... even if you're a couple 3 cars back or whatever... Much better than any other smoke shop around the Bremerton area, for tobacco that is..... 4.5 STARS... clean, quick,...

Loved shopping there because of their low prices everybody is nice except for one woman I showed up one night said oh a new girl never met you yet she took it clearly out of content acted like I said something much worse I talked to the owner about it he didn't believe me from that time every time I dealt with her she would hand me my cigarettes and my debit card and asked me if I wanted to receipt which I said yes and abruptly said here with an attitude I went to complain again about it ! Was told by a young male employee just let it go and get over it and they wound up telling me I was 86 I think they need to learn more about customer service more than that I think they need to find that one lady some counseling I think she could use it ! I know a lot of people in this town that know me to be way different ! Respectfully, yours...
