Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brenham

This is located in an extremely small building, so it lacks the old-school Pizza Hut vibes, but the food is good, and the service was nice. Be careful if you drive a larger vehicle and intend to pick up your food at the drive-thru window. After you pull forward to leave, you are forced to make a sharp left turn where a sign and giant rock is waiting to hit your vehicle. I was lucky enough that there were a few guys in break that directed me on making it out unscathed. As an engineer, I have to say that the drive-thru exit was not designed well. Delivery was 1 hour later than estimated. (Took 1 1/2 hours to get food) No apology for the late delivery from person on the phone when I checked on the status or the driver (I get it places get busy but still say something) Wings were wrong flavor, called and got a credit because I didn't want to wait another hour and half. Then opened two liter and it promptly shot everywhere like it was shook up. Pizza box was smashed in. Not sure what else they could have messed up. My last pizza wasn’t appetizing at all. Pizza had an old taste and it was very very dry. Pizza Hut asked for a review and I was very honest in my review. Someone by the name of Kayla emailed me and stated I would receive a call to place a credit or refund to my account. 12 days ago and still nothing. I reached out and no response from Kayla. Their website also claimed I would receive a free pizza but the offer was never sent to my e-mail address. Tired of the Pizza Hut here so I decided to use my points and now we are done. Price is too high for the quality of pizza I received. Time to look for another pizza franchise...
