I had a hard drive crash and took it to them for recovery. They charged (unbeknownst to me) a fee for attempting to recover the data, regardless of actually being able to recover the data. After leaving the drive with them for over a week, I received a bill for a very limited amount of data recovery and then had to have all of my data recovered by another specialist.

While I (now) understand their policy, they were anything but helpful when I called to remedy the situation. I've effectively paid them to hold onto my hard drive and need to pay another company to actually recover the data on the drive. Clearly my stop at Computer Helpers...
