The reason for that rating is that I came in to buy some walnut cinnamon rolls and I was disappointed in how small they are and how dry the dough is. I still like their pastries, but I remember when that item was of better quality. The day I bought this item, four cinnamon rolls fit into the box, but back when they first opened, only two could fit and they were not stingy with the walnuts or icing and that cinnamon flavor was throughout the dough, no day old tasting donuts.
