Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Brentwood

BEWARE: THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU HERE! I have had this issue MULTIPLE times! When they ask whether or not you want to tip and you say no, be CAREFUL - I’ve had MORE THAN ONE worker add on a dollar or two tip onto my total WITHOUT my permission! I just confirmed they were doing that tonight by asking the person at the window what my grand total was and whether or not a tip had been added because I had a feeling the price was off. Sure enough, the girl who took my order gave herself a dollar after I told her I didn’t want to tip that night. Even worse: the girl at the window said NO TIP REFUNDS! I had to have MY STOLEN MONEY GIVEN TO ME AS CREDIT ON THE DUTCH APP! This is beyond disgusting. This means I was right all along and they’ve been stealing money from me for awhile now. So disappointed, appalled, and grossed out. Don’t go to Brentwood Dutch Bros. I can comfortably say I will never be returning. You guys have taken enough of my money without my permission and I refuse to be complicit in that from this moment forward. You won’t be thieving and scamming me anymore. I’ll be telling...

I live in Idaho and go to Dutch every week day before work. I go to different Dutch stands as well, not just one. Let me say that this stand in Brentwood is the absolute slowest Dutch Bros I've ever been to and was not happy at all with how long I had to wait. There's clearly a different standard here in Cali than there is at the Idaho Dutch stands. Can y'all please try and make your drinks faster? Also one of the things I love is talking to the barista at the counter while waiting for my drinks. That did not happen at this stand. We ordered a golden eagle and a Flapjack from the menu, once we finally got up she asked us if we got the golden eagle and the mocha which led to confusion then she stepped away from the window making other drinks. Today was my least favorite Dutch encounter. I will be going back to this stand several times to see if it was a one time thing or if my issues are consistent. Will update review...

I normally love Dutch Bros and enjoy this location, though today on the night of the princess drop it was the worst service I have EVER received. The woman working the window was completely useless and disrespectful. I ordered for mobile and she yelled at me to move my car even though I ordered online so I could use that spot. I got my drinks after 5 (the start of the drop) and she said I couldn’t get my drink topper as I ordered it before 5, even though I picked it up at 5? She said it “was not fair” even though I waited for my order like everyone else. So, I reordered the drinks at the window and waited more. They called absolutely 0 drinks in over 30 minutes while over 100 people waited for their order. I ended up just asking for my drink topper and left.
