Jamba — Restaurant in Brentwood

After waiting around one girl looks over at me says nothing. I wait. Some other employee emerges from the back, doesn’t greet me and ask me if I’m paying cash or card. I say card and she directs me to order from their kiosk.

I told her I didn’t want to order from their kiosk, and she just continued walking back into the back room never to be seen again.

I start using their stupid kiosk which won’t allow me to make the modification on my order. I ask the girl, the only one doing the work, to come take my order cause it’s not my job to figure out their computer. She took my order no problem. See, that wasn’t so hard was it?

I know it sucks that we have a Governor that is imposing ridiculous labor sanctions on restaurants/retail food outlets (except for his friends that own restaurants) but once again, I DON’T WORK HERE.

My job is to order and pay, NOT learn your computer. Your job is to take and deliver my order. Jamba...

Another day of no service for items on the menu I don’t get it, if you know customers order all the time and you run out of product every time or fail to serve the item why bother even having a menu when you just tell what the customer needs to order this place is ridiculous. Update the review is not even for the employees anymore it’s the management and the owner it’s very disappointing to come here and order with no staff and put the burden on these employees the online order is shut off most of the time due to the lack of staff on top of that you expect you acai bowl to be in a bowl not a make shift container or a cup paying 15$ for this item and not receiving it how you are supposed then what am...

This Jamba Juice location is very rude. We received our 3 drinks which we all ordered as large but they gave us one as a medium. Understand this can happen as their music is loud (like other Jamba juice) and they may not have heard correctly. That said, we were willing to pay for the right size and instead of helping us a person with really long nails flips their computer screen around and taps the screen with her nails and says THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED. Then she flips it back and walks away.

WOW! So rude, we are done with this place. I have heard from others that this place has gone down due to customer service and now I have seen it first hand.

Too bad as the drinks...
