I honestly truly feel bad about writing this review because it is one of my favorite spots in Brentwood. But I feel I need to write this so the owners are aware of recent activity happening by some employees in the past my experience was 5 out of 5, but my recent experience was really upsetting. This one young female employee pulled out her phone in the middle of cooking our wings, which was just unsanitary. Not only that but we were asking her a question when we got their to order, she immediately ignored us and answered a customers phone call, we asked another worker who was a kind young boy if we could get the mango drink because she was ignoring us then she walks up while he’s serving us and says it’s a dollar difference and proceeds to walk away what’s the point of that statement if you won’t charge us and being angry when the other employee did not mention anything and we didn’t know? Then later she was badmouthing talking about how she had to put us in our place since everywhere has rules and making fun of my boyfriend basically when he was getting the regular drinks after that, in Spanish to her coworker even though it was right next to us and I understand Spanish and I’m obviously Mexican. Later on we were sitting facing the bathrooms and saw the other female coworker who was also badmouthing us walk into the restroom with their cooking apron and came out with it on that was unsanitary. Finally when we were leaving we saw the young female who was very rude go into her car in front of the place and immediately start vaping which was an incredibly bad image for the place. Overall bad service this time felt like it was the same employee who was really causing a messy situation, miss the old workers. The food is always great but they just need to put more regulations on employees as a service worker totally...
Read moreSettong the standard with my all-time favorite Epic Wings, formerly Wings 'n' Things, with a 5+ rating, I'd give Wing Bros a strong 4.
CONS 1st: They either forgot my extra sauce or it was on the wings but not separated. Items are not labeled. Veggie side is tiny. Website could be better with more information, descriptions, and whether you want an extra on the side or on the food.
PROS 2nd: Boneless wings are fairly meaty. A good variety of sauces. Food tastes good. Very friendly service. Fries, even though I'd prefer awesome breadsticks like Epic Wings serves, are surprisingly tasty. Prices are decent compared to large chain competitors.
Improvements I wish would be considered 3rd: More veggies. A better tasting blue cheese. Breadsticks in lieu of, or as an additional option to, fries. When your whole meal is fried and possibly spicy, it's good to have that fresh baked goodness. Better labeling of items. And, as mentioned above, the website could use some improvements and more detailed descriptions.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal and experience. We are picky when it comes to Wings as a meal. We are happy to have this new option in town and definitely...
Read moreWing Bros is the spot to check out if you’re craving some top-tier wings. Their original wings are impressively big and packed with meat, making each bite satisfying. If you prefer boneless wings, you’ll love how crispy they are while still delivering a good amount of meat inside. The tenders are also a great size, perfect for dipping into their delicious sauces.
Speaking of sides, the fries are next-level—extra crispy with a seasoning that keeps you coming back for more. And let’s not forget the sauces—they’re bursting with flavor and taste super fresh, elevating everything on the menu.
On top of the great food, the staff is friendly, and the service is solid, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a wing lover or just looking for a great meal, Wing Bros...
