El Gallito Drive-In — Restaurant in Brentwood

So I go through the drive through and first I would like to say how rude the young lady is to the cook (her mom) getting hella attitude with her because I asked if they can make tacos de chile verde. Second I get my order and I decided to check it. I go back to the window because they gave me tacos de chili colorado. I tell her these are in red sauce. The second young lady tries to play me like I dont know what I really ordered and tell me that just cause the menu states green sauce dosent mean it going to look green.....??? No honey the tomatillios is what makes it green therefore the sauce the pork is covered in is GREEN! VERDE! Then the first young lady asks her mom (the cook) what she put in the tacos. The cook dances around the fact they're not green but it pork. That that's the only meat there is. It's in green sauce(I'm looking at them its red!). She says in spanish with an attitude because I've been a difficult customer (I just wanted tacos out of they're Chili Verde plate they have.) That if I want they can make other tacos with a different meat or I can go...... didn't even offer a refund. Food ended up being ok. Those were not tacos de chili verde but how they spoke amugst each other and two customers was not very professional at all,...

UPDATE: My daughter chose El Gallito to burritos for her b-day dinner, and so we took her and ordered 4 burritos. BUT she forgot to specify she wanted quac and sour cream added until after my hubs had already paid -- the guy told them no problem and gave it to them on all 4 of our burritos anyway! Now THAT'S appreciated customer service and adds a star for sure! ⭐

PREVIOUS REVIEW: We've gotten the super burrito here before, which is quite large (4-5 stars worthy even!), and quite tasty for a burrito (not the best but decent!) -- but today we chose to stop and get lunch. Normally the 4 of us can split 2 super burritos, so today we decided to upgrade and each get our own regular burrito. At $4.75 each, they're tiny?! And chicken ONLY...what a rip off. For $2 more, could've get 2 of us and this left us all still hungry...poor value for a customer. Disappointed is an understatement, so not sure how quickly/if...

This should really should be no stars. I ordered 4 wet burritos and waited outside in the hot sun for my food. A guy came to the window with his food and told the person that he ordered more items than this. I was standing next to the person and then she told me his order was mine. I didn't hear my name called. I asked her "did he touch my food?" She said he didn't but he was chewing something. She just changed the bag because it leaked. I was going to ask her to make me new one but she didn't offer to exchange it. If it was a good business they would exchange it without being told to. I took the food because I didn't want to take the chance on getting sick or find something in my food, if you know what I mean. Just not good customer service. I will never go back...
