Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brentwood

They tried to get me for a 20$ on a 6$ pizza: ok, so I go in and I ask for a pepperoni stuffed crust. the pizza is 6.99 +5 for stuffed crust. the girl tells me it is 21.38 for the pizza.. I question her on it. she says "I know, but that is the price." so I tell her cancel that and just give me the 6.99 pepperoni pizza. I hand her a 20, she does her thing and then tells me it will be 15 mins.... I say, "hey, can I get my change?" she tells me there is no change. that the 6.99 pizza was 20$. I tell her "what tax did you add to make 13$ in taxes on 7?" she looks me in the face and says "that is just the taxes they put on it". I ask her for a receipt, she says she can't give me one. the guys behind me in line are trying to argue logic with her as well on the charges. she refuses to correct her mistake so I demanded my money back and left to the little ceaser's off fairview and lone tree, lo and behold the stuffed crust pepperoni was on a deal and was under 10$ with tax. THE WORST PART: I go back the next day and let "the manager"(who knows since they don't wear name tags) know, after questioning whether or not I know what I was talking about or remembered it correctly and basically seeming like she just wanted me back out the door, she assures me that she will ask the woman in question about it.... so basically nothing will be done. if she was willing to lie to me and a room of customers over 10-13$ she will definitely lie over her job, that is an entire paycheck.

BEWARE: The employees at the little ceasers on walnut are charging the "I'm short on my rent this month, so your 10$ is mine" tax and the "manager" doesn't seem to be bothered by it. good thing the one off fairview is not...

I came in to get it to try to get an extra most Bestest Pizza with “crazy” crust. The little girl at the counter told me they don’t do it at this location which is not true because every time I’ve come in they have done it for me. She then proceeds to tell me it would end up being $3 more for it being an extra topping....which they’ve NEVER done to me before. The phone was constantly ringing, not being answered, and there was only one other person working there and she looked like she was 80 years old. She then tells me it will be an extra 20 min till it’s ready....Ha! Just give me one that’s ready then....smfh I’ll...

Have used this location twice lately, for Super Bowl (did free delivery on a coupon code) and our daughter's bday (did pickup). Both were very easy to do -- order online, choose a time, and it's either brought to you or you're given a code to go get it. Pizza quality seems about the same, but prices seem to be quite the increase! Can't give a 5 star rating for that. Not much more and it's like all the other pizza places -- although I'm sure they've gone up...
