I have been familiar with this location my entire life as my family would occasionally get food from here but needless to say I will never be returning to this location ever again. I went there on 10/15/2024 simply to just get something for dinner and I donāt think Iāve ever had customer service as unpleasant as this was in my entire life from any restaurant. The employee running the orders, an older man, was rude and unprofessional. Due to the obnoxious and distracting background noises (possibly from a couple of the machines) and still trying to figure out what I wanted from the menu, I couldnāt hear or understand half of what he was saying, and as I was letting him know I couldnāt hear him clearly, he gave me a condescending attitude throughout the entire interaction. He also accused me of purposely ignoring him which obviously wasnāt the case. Him and I then stared each other and at that point I was so disgusted with his interaction towards me I decided to leave. I didnāt even get a chance to order food. Before I left the parking lot, I was going to go back in and let the guy know how I felt about his treatment towards me. The lady from the back came outside and asked if everything was okay. I told her about the situation I experienced, told her it wasnāt her fault but said Iāll never come back. She was very nice, apologized sincerely and offered to have my food ordered, which I declined. Right as I was walking towards my car, the same guy giving me attitude inside came out and tried to confront me after witnessing me talking to the lady. I confronted him and told him about his horrible customer service and as I drove away, I told him off one more time.
To the employee that gave me attitude⦠shame on you! You truly lack basic empathy and customer service skills! Itās probably why pretty much nobody comes to this location! I hope you take some time out of your day to reflect on your condescending interactions with customers if you have done so to others...

Extensive visible frost in multiple vegetable containers - improper maintenance of unit, and I suspect a misguided attempt to manipulate shelf life. Iāve noticed that the meat side is no longer displayed at Subways generally, a terrible idea made even more suspicious by what is visible at this location. Chunky onion ends displayed, luckily the employee knew to only give nice pieces but a troubling lack of attention to prep. On other occasions I have been served the chunks and/or had vegetables that lost texture due to the freezing temperatures on the line. I always ask for my bread toasted here to try to correct the frequent overproofing/underbaking, but ātoast bread firstā often means it gets very hard, which suggests to me it may be old. I also noted very full bread cabinets at 3PM, wildly out of proportion to the apparent volume of the location, so Iām questioning how often they bake. Employee was nice but the food/cleanliness issues strongly suggest that the franchisee needs more training and that the corporate inspection process has gone...

When I looked at my receipt I noticed that she charged me $8.99 for a chicken strips sub. I asked her for a refund since the GIANT sign on the front of the building said that the buffalo chicken sub was on special for $6.99 and she told me, and I quote, āI donāt have a button on my register for a buffalo chicken so thatās why I charged you for a chicken strip subā! Then proceeded to tell me that she couldnāt refund me because her manager wasnāt there. Then I asked for the managerās name to contact him/her and she said she canāt give me that information. What a joke! First of all, itās a complete lie that there is no button for a buffalo chicken sub. 2nd of all, even if there wasnāt a button for a buffalo chicken sub, then you pick a sub that is the same price! Then to not be able to refund me? Horrible customer service....
