Top notch … I had the pleasure of eating here for my birthday dinner with 2 of my friends and the whole experience was top notch. We were greeted with a smiling face as soon as we entered and were seated at a cozy table in the corner. Our server Jennifer was very welcoming, knowledgeable and had a smile on her face throughout our whole dinner. We tried a variety of foods starting with the soup of the day. Both were amazing, with my favorite of the 2 being the tomato soup. We then moved on to the appetizers. We had the arrincini, fried green tomatoes and the cheese stuffed piquillo peppers. They were all very flavorful but if I had to pick a favorite it would be the cheese stuffed piquillo peppers. The pepper itself was perfectly roasted, with just the right amount of breading for the goat cheese. Finally the entrees, the Naples Lasagna, the Carolina and the Florence. The lasagna had just the right amount of meat to sauce ratio and the noodles were cooked perfectly . Most establishments give more noodles and sauce than meat but not here. At The Bohemian It was just right. The trout was perfectly cooked and the sauce that it was topped with paired perfectly to give it just the right boost of a somewhat sweet taste that mixed well with the bed of rice it laid on . The final entree was the salmon that came on top of linguini noodles mixed with a creamy cheese sauce which also had tomatoes and spinach ( I opted to leave the portobello mushrooms out) . The salmon was cooked to perfection just as the linguini noodles were. I usually don’t like an over abundance of sauce on my pastas and in my opinion they got the sauce to noodle ratio just right. Finally the dessert- the chocolate mousse .. This alone would be a reason I would come back to the Bohemian. The subtle taste of grand marnier was my absolute favorite part. This should definitely be an every day dessert option. Each course was timed perfectly . We did not feel rushed and we were able to enjoy each dish . The portion sizes were just right and fulfilling. Overall, one of the best establishments I’ve been to from the...

Phenomenal evening at The Bohemian Restaurant in Brevard! The food, service and atmosphere (sat outside on the front porch) were all beyond expectations. The menu is one of a kind - flavors and food from throughout the world and a chef & owner (Gabriel) who has the talent to deliver uniquely wonderful items. We started with the European Tapas Tour and were not disappointed - a sampling of three delicious appetizers (two of each type) that were fresh and full of flavor. For our entrees, my wife had the Parisian Salad (with grilled chicken) and I had the Phucket (an Asian version of Red Snapper cooked perfectly). Our server (Lamorna) was extremely attentive, well versed on the menu and pleasant. As an added bonus, Gabriel (co-owner and chef) stopped by our table towards the end of our meal, which allowed me to personally compliment the outstanding meal. We ended the evening with a dessert sampler, complete with an espresso with a lemon twist - just like I experienced in France! A perfect evening - a delicious meal, excellent service and an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely be regulars and wish The Bohemian the best of success!

Have been to the Bohemian several times since. Food is outstanding and service is always excellent. So many different offerings from which to choose. My favorites are the Santorini (chicken is flavorful and so tender - cooked perfectly and the lamb chops are out of this world); the Phuket (reminded me of my meals in Indonesia and Singapore, even though is is technically a dish from Thailand). My wife is a huge fan of the Parisian Salad. Additionally, the Caprice Toast Bites are outstanding, as are the Fried Green Tomatoes.

The Bohemian is a MUST TRY - I can guarantee that you...

This was my first time here since they opened. My mom and I went to visit as we knew part of the staff and heard great things about the owner / chef Gabriel by former Marcos owner Marc Dambax and Jennie Campbell. We got there about 6:30 tonight with no reservations and the hostess who was so friendly and attentive had no problem giving us a table. We decided to sit upstairs since it was a little chilly out for my mom. We started with the tour of the Mediterranean appetizer and it was great! Hummus, Baba Ghanoush and Muhammara were all wonderful! For entrees my mom ordered the Florence pasta and I had the Santorini. The Florence pasta was perfectly cooked with a generous portion of salmon and mushrooms and the sauce was perfect for the ingredients! The Santorini was absolutely amazing with rack of lamb pieces at the perfect medium rare temp (almost lollipop style to easily eat), a wonderful fresh Greek salad, Tzatziki sauce, pita bread and a chicken breast flavored so well I’d love to steal the recipe! Chef Gabriel came out to check on us and introduced himself and he was a great guy! Brenton was our server and was new, and besides the hand held computer having issues he really knew what he was doing. Oatmeal, like always since I’ve known him, created wonderful drinks for us! Everything was fabulous and we have to go back like 10 times to try all the things on the menu! You’re doing a great job Chef Gabriel and staff! Thank you so much!...

We were in town for a few days exploring Brevard. Glad to find The Bohemian Restaurant open on Labor Day. We were about to go next door to dine but in the last second, I said to my husband, let’s go here! The staff at The Bohemian are really nice! I also love how this house has been converted into a lovely dining experience. Plan ahead! There will be a bit of a wait if you want to be seated on the porch/ outside-it seems everybody wanted to sit outside on the somewhat cooler evening. I went with the Cairo chicken Shawarma, having grown up in Detroit with Middle Eastern background, I love it! It’s my go-to! If you are used to the Lebanese spices, the shawarma at The Bohemian is a Cairo blend perhaps a bit more spicy! But it was still good! The soup of the day was creamy & delicous! Our one complaint was the sauce that goes with the shawarma. I let our wonderful server Igor know that I did not care for it at all. It tasted like mayonnaise and it needs improvement! I would rather do toum (garlic) which traditionally goes better with Middle Eastern cuisine. In the pics and videos, you’ll notice that my husband had the trout. Igor packed a chocolate mousse-like dessert for us to-go, we had it in town after dining. It was wickedly rich chocolate! Check out my pics and videos. If I’m ever in the area again, I may try their brunch. Enjoy 🍴
