Brewster Pizza House & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Brewster

Extremely rude experience. Local cape cod business owner. After having a long days work i wanted to grab a pizza from my favorite spot. Called my order in around 4 thinking it won't be to busy to pull in and have a space for my trailer. I parked and had an employee with a beard driving a black Honda getting upset that I took up more than a single space. I was going to be all of 5 minutes. Paid for my order and left, then Called to ask to speak to a manager about the rude interaction. He answered and wanted nothing to do with me. I told him im paying for my order and this is no way to treat a customer. He continues to get more upset at me. I just didn't understand why this was such an issue. Im a paying customer and unfortunately I drive a 14 foot long trailer and had no other place to park. I returned my uneaten food and asked for my money back and that only agitated him greatly. I then proceeded to the bar to ask for the owners number, he walked in and said to the bartender im cut off and not to speak to me. It was 4 in the afternoon. Its no way to treat a paying customer that was attacked for simply parking to pay for there pizza. Its unfortunate bc I have loved this place for over 10 yrs and i have told many other people about this place. Im a hard working local just wanting to have a nice dinner. I hope I can speak to the owners soon and explain in detail the situation.

Buyer beware!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Traveling for summer vacation. Went on my “slice” app and chose my order however the app was not connecting to restaurant, no big deal. Ordered the steak pizza and calzone via phone. Upon returning back to our hotel we saw that the steak pizza had no sauce. I called up the restaurant and they said “well that’s how it’s made”. Well actually according to the menu on the app it actually has sauce on it. What pizza has no sauce unless it’s a white pizza....Okay so they said they would make me another. I arrive to the restaurant and they are trying to charge me for a new pizza. At this point I ask for my original money back for the pizza, speak to a manager, something. I also offered to call the local police to have them sort it out. Some lady from the back says “let him call the police” at this point I realize what sort of business i was dealing with. Still no manager or supervisor willing to come talk to me, just making the girl at the register try and take care of it. My wife’s calzone also looked deflated and disgusting. No taste to either the pizza or calzone. Never again, do yourself a favor and go to the other pizza place that has stone...

MISS THE "OLD" PIZZA ... DELIVERY - My order came exactly when promised, hot and intact ... the restaurant called immediately after I ordered to tell me that they were out of an add-on I had ordered for my pizza and I made a substitution. I haven't had pizza from here in a very long time ... pizza was fine, but the crust has changed (I prefer the original) ... plus the border around the pizza is twice as wide as it once was, which means less toppings, more crust. I also got a piece of spanakopita-- filling was just ok, crust was very greasy and overdone/close to burned. I grew up eating Greek spinach pie and make my own ... it's something I eat fairly frequently; versions made by many different people and restaurants. I'm sorry to say that the version from this restaurant was not at all good; I would not...
