Arby's — Restaurant in Brewton

Rude at the drive thru. It was not busy and they were outside. We went to the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. We get to the window, pay and she hands us one drink and our bag with two sandwiches, steak nuggets and a drink. We told her we ordered the meals and she said "I didn't her you say meals" and closed the window and walked away. We sat there and she came and opened the window and said "yes" and we just ordered a LG fry to share and I had a water already. No effort to allow us to get what we wanted. Customer service isn't what it use to be. The food was not fresh, the steak nuggets tasted like beef jerky, way to salty and were so dry they could make you choke. Absolutely horrific customer service. The individual (Tasha) that responded at the drive through after I order online for pick-up asap told me that I "just order, leave...come back when it says your order will be ready" keep in mind I arrived at 4:27 as the only person in the drive thru with the lobby closed and my order said it would be ready at 4:29. I pulled around to the window because she refused to speak to me and then just pointed at me to leave. My first time eating at this location. After work drive thru was full. The lady on the speaker asked me to hold and was so professional and pleasant. She took my order and when I got to the window she thanked me for my patience…. (It didn’t take long at all compared to other drive thrus) she was so sweet but what got me was as she was closing the window and I was pulling off I heard her tell her team GOOD JOB EVERYONE! I was 😲. There needs to be more leaders like her especially in the fast food industry. I hope this branch recognizes the leader they have in her.
