McDonald's — Restaurant in Brewton

I came to this McDonald's to do some work and get a meal. Well, when I walk in the door I notice right of the bat the floors were dirty. The bathroom stunk and the floor was very dirty. I came in about mid afternoon. I ordered my order through their machines that you can order instead of going to the counter. I did try to go to the counter but it seem right from the start that nobody care or wanted to help me. After ordering I went to find a table, every table in the place that didn't have someone at which was plenty was very dirty. I stood at the counter to see if someone would wipe the table off for me. I wait for a while. Then someone walked by and I said "Hey, can I get someone to wipe a table for me or give me the stuff to do it with?" After a few minutes they came and wiped the table off. I had to wait for me meal for a while too. After getting my tray, I went to the area to get my drink. You just wouldn't believe the mess and unclean everything was there at that area. Even the napkins you had to open the door to it to get any and those were not very clean. Why have them? I went to my table and sat down. I worked on a few things as I ate my fries. They were okay and a little bit warm. My drink was okay also. When I got to my sandwich that is when everything just went down the drain. This restaurant needs to have something done. I just happen to pick up me sandwich in a way to see the bottom of the bun. I am SO GLAD I DID! Half of the bun was MOLDY. They served me a MODLY sandwich which if I would have eaten I would have gotten really sick. You just don't serve any customer something like that at ALL!!!!! I did take it up to the manager and talked with them about this matter. They couldn't believe it either. They did find out which employee made it and had them come an apologies to me for doing it. But STILL!! Some people need to be trained to serve customers the proper procedures in making food for the customers!!! I will not go back!!! I went here twice during my stay in Brewton. The first time the girl at the 2nd window was exceptionally rude. Wasnt wearing a mask when it was still mandatory. Was talking on her cell phone and actually picked her face before handing me my order. And NEVER washed her hands nor even tried to sanitize them. When I asked for ketchup, she acted like I asked her to pick the tomatoes and hand make the ketchup itself instead of just packets. I was very unsatisfied with the service. The prices are higher than any other McDonald's from Florida to Indiana and every state in between. A mcchicken that is normally a dollar, at the most $1.49, at any other location was over $3 here. The lady at the first window was also rude when I asked her to please take them off taking my $20 total down to 14 and some change. I ordered 2 meals so that was reasonably priced and compared to other locations. However they were wrapped every time I passed and seemed to be the only fast food place in the area actually opened, while Arbys just put a sign up and said oh well we are closed at 6pm. So I can understand her frustration. I should have looked at the price instead of assuming. The 2nd time I had to go inside to get my order after ordering in drive Thru do to my own unpreparedness. The manager who helped me was very friendly and nice. When I asked her for ketchup she happily gave me a handful. Very professional. The food was made correctly and it was fresh. I would give this restaurant no stars if it was possible. I went in the drive thru to order and the woman couldn’t hear me so she started talking under her breathe mad and I brushed it off because working in fast food myself I understood. She snatched my card out my hand when I went to pay. I asked for a burger no onion, pickle, mustard, add lettuce, tomatoe and ketchup. She rung me up for ONLY pickles, ketchup and mayonnaise?? That’s not even near what I got. So I had to go back in and tell them, the lady that was behind the register made a smart comment about having to get them to remake the food while she looked like and acted like she was messed up on something. I could clearly see through the back while waiting in my remake that the people wasn’t wearing gloves and sat there scratching their heads & bottom before/after touching the food. I got the remake back and it was STILL WRONG. It had lettuce, tomatoes, and way too much mayonnaise that I didn’t even order! After what I saw and how I was treated I just threw it all away and went home. Not to mention I don’t know what you age rules are but that kid couldn’t be over 11 that was bagging orders. Coming from a manager there should have been a manager on this shift besides all these kids running around the store on their phone in the back and doing what they were doing.
