Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brick Township

Wr hv ordered from Domino's for years, however, we stopped but a handful of times when the location for us was in Brick, NJ. The town over, Point Pleasant always made the food great. Brick it was hit or kiss. When it missed it was not good. Either way, I dont usually complain. However, the other week, my partner while I was home, had an experience that is disgusting, alone with the brasen delivery driver issue that has seem to been on the rise since covid. The entitlement is beyond me. I ordered an order of about $25 ($7 of that added price for delivery and fee). I do to pay cash when gentleman arrives, as i am in the service industry many yrs. When he arrived, my partner realized he was about $3 short and told the man to hold on, he waited a total of 2 minutes IF that amd my partner handed the money, put on his sneakers and said he had to walk out with him bc he had the rest in his truck. The delivery man goes off on him stating that next time we "NEED TO BE PREPARED AMD WAITING WITH THE CASH SO HE DOES NOT HAVE TO WAIT AND THIS IS NOT FAIR TO HIS OTHER CLIENTS ETC. " okay, I understand the concept, however, I'm fully aware, we hv used domino's a very long time and never had to make anyone wait, never complain. When the order like LAST TIME, forgot to bring our 2liter of coke so WE had to wait for the driver to come all rhe way back with it, nor complain about it etc. On top of that, the driver after stating his rant, proceeds to walk away with the food saying going to cancel the order and ban us for life (that is fine bc I've never been disrespected like this in my life) but walks away with the food AND OUR MONEY! (Minus the $3 my partner was getting plus tip from his truck he never got to get yet). That is when he had to make the guy gv our money back! Your not walking away with the food AND our money bc u got pissed bc had to wait 2 minutes, literally 2 min. So he could go to truck t get remainder of cash. The only thing I could think of is this man thought Maybe he would not get a tip, I do not know... but he didn't know what cash was in the truck (a $10 bill). Either way, the arrogance to take the food back, (giy had been holding it) try to keep the $22 while doing it! it escalate to a bizarre situation so very fast that, quite frankly, as a woman amd if I had been alone w my son, I would hv felt unsafe and it just made me realize that with delivering stuff like food and shopping becoming g so common these days, ppl are not getting vetted like they should. Next time u send an unhinged person to my home address, I would like to know they are not mentally unstable. Domino's, I will never order again from you. The food is not consistent and even though I have never complained about it or the waiting I have done on MORE than 1 occasion bc a driver forgets a 2 liter or whatever, to be disrespected in such a way so fast to me I'd not okay. I'll be picking up my own food amd tipping myself. To the gentleman who came here, an honest living is admirable. A shit...

I placed an order while at work (at a different dominos) who never delivered my order after 3 hours. After that time I went home and called to explain I never received my order and that I would simply like it delivered to my home address. They apologized and informed me they dont deliver to my home address but came transfer me to one that does. This is the dominos they transferred me to. Before transferring me to this dominos he explained that there would be no cost of the new order due to the error on their part. Once I was transferred the manager of this dominos, Alexa, took my order and tried to charge me again. This is where my one star review comes in. I explained that the previous employee said there would be no charge since I already paid for an order that was never received and she said that's not how this works and hung up on me. Obviously upset I called back and wanted an explanation of why I was hung up on and she responded with because you're trying to get free food (Again I had already paid for an order I never received) and I responded that she had no reason to hang up on me and Alexa responded with I had many reasons and hung up on me again. That was the worst experience I've ever had with a Domino's or with food service in general. If I could give a place zero stars for that...

This location is always a long wait despite being half a mile away but last night was our final straw we placed order that took almost 4 hours to arrive never received a call called them was given some story that they messed the order up and we could come pick up driving wasn’t an option so we said we would wait manager promised it would get there soon at least another hour went by tried calling again no answer and the phones had been turned off the order finally arrive 12:30am cold and incorrect I get everyone is understaffed and getting busy happens but completely unprofessional how it was handled. This was our last time ordering from this location. This wasn’t the first time it was the wrong order and we have waiting two hours before given them benefit of doubt but now reading additional reviews this is apparently a common issue with this location. I am not angry with the driver but more upset that they new they messed up and never bothered to call about it they also magically had phone problems according to the gentlemen I spoke with today no sir you unplugged your line because when I talked to your driver he told us you disconnected your phones. He also said he another 30 plus orders to deliver if they weren’t canceled this story should be shut down and reorganized...
