Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brick Township

The cashier was nasty when I asked for cream instead of milk in my iced coffee, he answered with a curt “No!” like I was a child, meanwhile I’ve had my iced coffee like that at every other Dunkin. Then he gave me part of my order and walked away to the back before giving me the rest. I stood there waiting for the rest like a fool and tried getting help from one of the other employees who couldn’t be bothered, until the cashier finally came back and rudely said “what are you waiting for?” Then makes me the rest of my order. This place was great a while back and now has gotten horrible, very rude staff, makes you feel like you are bothering them and you don’t matter. They do not honor their coupons at all. They are rude and I was told off. This is the second time that I have been treated badly at a dunkin donuts. They gave out coupons for free coffee and they are not honoring them. They ran out of medium cups the cups are only good for medium. I drove a half hour to get the coffee and they did not let me have my coffee. Once again Dunkin has been a bad place to go. I will only get good coffee from Starbucks from now.

On this overcast and dreary day my nerves were causing me a lot of pain. I stopped off at Dunkin to get a quick pick me up before heading out to a inspection. This Dunkin’ offers pick up or curbside so I opted for curbside because of my handicap. After placing my order and waiting for almost 10 minutes, I reluctantly went inside and found my coffee getting cold on the counter. The staff also can use a class or two on customer service.
