McDonald's — Restaurant in Brick Township

I'm at this McDonald's all the time but tonight they just lost a regular customer. Girl with brown hair and round glasses at the drive thru working on 8/9 at around 12:15am slammed the window on me with my card in hand because of my frustration and the 6 cars in line behind me also. I ordered a $6 McDouble bag and the car in front of me got a small door dash order and a soda both of which does not take almost a half hour to make. Just got off an 11 hour shift also in the food service industry which I was trying to explain to her before she slammed the window. My response was loud but didn't curse or be nasty. All the cars were beeping their horns, and if she would have took the time to let us know what was happening there would have been no problem. And she also threatened to call the cops and there was no reason for it she just wanted me out of there because she knew she was wrong. I'll never come back to this place again, I'll take my business 2 mins away to the one on Van Zile Rd. We've gone to this McDonald's 2x in the last 3 weeks and it's been a mind bending clusterF of an experience both times. 1st time we went inside, used kiosk, and after 20 minutes we had to track down an employee to ask what's up.

2nd time we to drive through. We were the ONLY car in the drive thru. Asked if they could do a lettuce bun (instead of bread) and the girl had no concept of what I meant and someone else had to come to the microphone at which point I just said no bun. Then she resumed our order and for 1 meal, 1 burger and chicken strips she said it was $72. I said $72?!? Yes. I repeated $72 for 3 items? She says yes again. So I said well that's a problem. And she goes OH, $27. We paid. They said pull into spot 4. Again we were the the only car. After we sat at spot 4 for 12 minutes, I started to go inside to see what's up and that's when they brought out our order!! 12 minutes for 2 burgers, fries, 1 soda and chicken strips. This place...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Once again we get home and are missing items in our order! We call several times and no one answers the phone which seems to be another common issue with this location!!! I dont know how this place operates or is in business bc they are ALWAYS messing up orders whether it Is a missing item or it is done wrong. This has happened several times and seems to be the only location that has this many issues. We will gladly go elsewhere as there are many great options in the area who can handle taking care of their customers and giving them what they pay for. Management should be ashamed of themselves because clearly they have not done anything to resolve these issues and have employees who clearly just do not care and cannot handle their job. I will be taking this up with CORPORATE sInce they REFUSE to answer their phones and I am not giving them my money for free since they cannot handle fulfilling...
