Typically I love this location but today I'm not going to return. I got a drink on Monday and it was absolutely perfect. Today I asked for a kiwi version and there was a green sludge all in it. It literally looked like chunks of seaweed floating around. They said that it was just because of the syrup, Rather than remaking it the girl seemed to strain out the stuff while dumping my added jellies In a different cup, And then just pouring it all back in the same cup. She returned it to me and it still had green sludge all in it and I said I'm sorry I can't drink it! I asked her to remake it with dragon fruit since I had that on Monday and it was perfectly fine... She made it... And this one had red sludge all in it. She said that it's just a syrup and there's nothing they could do. She seemed annoyed I asked her to remake it. I'm sorry but $8.80 for a drink... You can definitely remake it... Guess they use old syrup? It literally looks like chunks moving around.
I typically visit this place multiple times a week when I come visit my parents down the shore. After this I'll find a new place....
Read moreI don’t even know where to begin. I have given this place a lot of chances, probably around 20? Why? Because it’s the only boba place near. But it would be worth more to drive 25-40 minutes away for something decent. First of all, every single employee in the lacks any basic customer service knowledge, they will ignore you, not say anything, be rude, READ BOOKS ?! They will do anything but take your order. And they get to wear pajamas hard job…. They also make up new rules everyday, (brown sugar only on weekends) came there another weekday now you can order brown sugar it just has to be a large, and they say this like I should know as if it’s written down.(it’s not) They also mess up a lot, they will add or take out ingredients, one time they gave me a unripe mango that was as hard as a rock. And all there drinks are so sweet you will loose your appetite. If you like there products go to Toms River with friendlier staff and not made up or rules, or...
Read moreHands down the best bubble tea place by the shore. It's soooo hard to find decent bubble tea here! I've tried virtually every place in the area since I moved down in search of a good place. (I am originally from north jersey and lived in hoboken for a while, and my family is from Taiwan so I have high standards)
I think the milk tea is decent but not one of the best ones I've had. All their fruit teas are great and on par with the big chains. Bubbles are good 90% of the time. Good online ordering and covid friendly ordering window. My only real complaint is that it's super expensive, more so than nyc and north jersey pricing. But it is what it is when it's scarce down here. Will be back whenever I'm craving it!
I haven't tried any of the ice creams or crepes, but they always look good and like a fun treat with...
