I donโt even know where to start with this place. I went to them a few years back when they first opened up and I loved going there. I enjoyed all the classes but when I returned, I have to say that the front end all the people were extremely rude. Also, I put my account on freeze and not only was I being charged for the freeze charge. I was also being charged monthly. When I reached out to Customer Service and tried to make a complaint, they would not refund me my money. I donโt understand why I was charge so much money, but it is what it is. I would never return back to this gym. I would never tell people to go to this gym. I donโt know if itโs under new ownership, but the people are extremely rude and nobody tries to help you solve, the issues with the money situation. They honestly were hanging up on me left and right I wish I had my screenshots saved because I mustโve called about 15 times and at one point they just took the phones off the hook. When speaking to Emily from Customer Service, she said nothing needed to be fixed because I was supposed to get charged for the freeze charge. But that wasnโt my complaint my complaint was I was getting charged per month which was $40 and the freeze charge on top of that which was $10 so they were charging me $50 for three months. Itโs $150 in three months. When trying to speak to somebody higher up she sat there and told me that they were not going to help me anymore and to please stop calling in because my account was already notated. I still never received a refund...

Amongst the endless line of non-distinct strip malls that exist in New Jersey, one reigns Supreme. I've lived in this area for 3 years and New Jersey almost my entire life and can say that Brick Plaza is memorable. This one is different. It's honestly awesome.
I've been to almost every store/restaurant multiple times. Brand new trader Joe's with the nicest staff ever; Ikko has great sushi and hibachi; amc is huge and updated; the gravity vault, the brand new rock climbing facility, is so cool because it simultaneously brings me back to my childhood while exacerbating my personal competitiveness (go on Friday nights for half off); and we even have a Barnes and nobles that is alive and well, proving to Gen Zers everywhere that reading things on paper actually exists. There's so much more, like an LA fitness, hand and stone spa, European wax studios, a pet store, men's wearhouse, home goods, ulta, dsw, Michael's and a variety of dining options (I'm definitely forgetting things, so I apologize if I missed anyone).
In sum, this place has everything and the kitchen sink, and not just because bed bath and beyond is...

No security whatsoever. There's a security vehicle that sits in the lot, but is not driven during the day and they have a severe problem with teens on bikes in the mall. They surrounded my car hurling insults at me and then continued to circle the plaza looking into my car to see if I was in it. I sat for :20 waiting for them to leave, they were driving in and out of traffic and the sidewalks daring people to hit them... and while I did call the cops, no Brick officer showed in :20.... and I've received no response from my social media posts and messages about them. I know for a FACT that many of the businesses there have issue with those kids...
... but nothing is done. So avoid this...
