I usually dont do these reviews, but its gotten to that point. I've been frustrated with this Dunkin for years, but this is my first time expressing that on here. There are some good employees there but man most of these people they be hiring are really slow; in movement and in the head. I'm only going to mention my last 2 experiences.......Today I decided to order on the app and waited about 10 minutes before I started walking to Dunkin. I get there and not only is my order not ready yet but I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order. Only thing I ordered was an ice coffee and 2 wraps, and I know it gets a lil busy in the mornings but there were like 6 employees there this morning so things definitely could've been way more organized. They lack organization and strategy. When you know you might have a lot of customers coming in there should be structure so that things can run smoothly and you're not all over the place.... Now last week was an even worse experience - It was only me and 2 other customers in there - 1 customer just got their order and was leaving as I was ordering and the other customer was behind me. The girl that was in there took so long on my ONE coffee that the customer behind me got fed up and left and I ended up just asking for a refund. As I was asking for my refund the customer that was before me walked back in and complained that her order was completely wrong so now the girl is getting frustrated which I don't understand why because if you were doing your job correctly then there would be no issue - but she's so frustrated that instead of giving me my 10 dollar bill back after I gave her back all the change she handed me, she instead hands me back 2 dollars so now I'm confused wondering why she just gave me back even less money. This gets her even more frustrated as she just grabs a 10 dollar bill out the register and hands it to me with a reciept as if to shoo me off. Funny thing is after I left I realized she ended up giving me more money back then she was supposed to smh, and that is why keeping a cool head is so important when you're doing business or dealing with money. I don't know what shall be done but maybe its time to make a complete change in that place. I'd say replace EVERYONE except maybe the girl with the glasses and the big muscular guy. Especially the African American cashier earlier today she behaved like a mongrel who needs to be vaccinated. She needs to be FIRED ASAP!! This person lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE. She needs to learn to leave her problems at home and conduct herself in a professional way. If a customer is waiting for a very very long time..it is the duty of the cashier to remind the customers that are waiting "in a timely manner" "I WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY" that helps!! No DD employee should be escalating any argument because a customer asked, is anyone home..I need to go to work. If the correct protocol was practiced I wouldn't have to ask that question. This cashier who behaved like a rabid raccoon..yelling I was rude to ask that question. Continued to escalate how rude I was to ask the question. I said, no you are rude and unprofessional. She threatened not to serve me..I drove up..I requested someone else to serve me. This mongrel pushed her supervisor aside encouraging her not to serve me. The mongrel came over to the window and kept slamming the window numerous times. I was looking at her and laughing. I said do you think your hurting me? You're not!! Your distasteful behavior reflects the brand you serve. I had to drive up and put her in her place. The supervisor took my order and acted professionally... I will not spend my$$ to be bullied by anyone. You either learn to adapt and display good customer service or simply go back in the gutter with that nasty...

Between walk in customers and the lazy drive through crowd they handle themselves like seasoned professionals. Extremely appreciated as this location has become a regular stop on my way to work. Courtesy goes a long , long way. In fact I'd go out of my way to avoid impolite customer service individuals ( Panera Bread Trumbull Mall ) no matter how much I wanted the product . The manager leads by example and is in the trenches with her team .
