Horrible⊠I had been approved for their section 8 waitlist.. after moving into housing I was having issues with my son not sleeping or feeling safe/comfortable in my home due to the environment and I went to their office to ask for help after a gentlemen over the phone told me I was on the section 8 list and I should be expecting a call around August that was in March I go in about end of June to ask for assistance in trying to get it sooner to get out of housing for them to tell me I am not on the list and they have no application for me after Iâve sent letters to them updating my information when it came to number and address change. I have also heard this has happened to others where theyâve been removed out of no where from the list and no one knows anything they donât cal back they donât want to help.    Read moreWorst Housing Authority ever. Waiting on paperwork for almost two months when my unit has failed inspection several times with the landlord being at fault. Pamela Wright is the worst caseworker and DOES NOT have any of her tenants in her best interest. I was promised to get my voucher on October 1, 2018 by the director of section 8, so I cut the utilities off because I located a unit and was ready to transfer services over. Well my unit failed inspections, so I cut the gas back on. Now there are no inspectors that can come out to check that my services are indeed on. you ONLY get personal increases if you income goes up NOT landlord wanting more cash!!!

Till he realized itâs 30-40% of your income NOT 65-70%
