This is the worst pupusas I’ve ever had in my life! It’s $4 for one pupusas and it’s all masa (the corn flour used to hold the filling), and it had little to no filling. The picture below is a chicharron pupusa. I also got a cheese pupusa and the same thing. On top of that the masa was under cooked so I basically got a very thick corn tortilla. Idk who said this place is good but it is disgusting and a sorry excuse for a pupusa. I could open my own pupusa restraunt and put them to shame. Crazy part is pupusas are very inexpensive to make it’s literally a Salvadorian struggle meal. So to charge $4 each for basically a corn tortilla is an insane insult to salvadorian culture. I used to come to this place a lot. Even ordered thru DoorDash when I didn’t want to take the drive to this part of town. Man have this place fell off. The last few times I’ve gone here I waited so long to get my food & it wasn’t busy at all. It’s been a few months since I’ve been here so today I said let me order some pupusas. Why did it take over a hour & 20 mins to get 2 pupusas?! No one was in the restaurant and no one was calling in. Like why?! Then to top it off the pupusas were horrible. Bland… I knew I should have went to the Salvadoran Restaurant a block or 2 away. This will honestly be my last time here. I’m done....

My first time ordering by phone, I wanted Arroz con Gandules & Pernil, she gave me a lesson about how “our” Arroz con gandules is different from “theirs” which is yellow rice with peas & carrots & beans on the side, I also told them, please don’t give me the greasy parts of Pernil so I opened & no grease on top but greasy parts in the middle & bottom & the Pernil had a bland taste, not the great finger licking one “ we” know, my first & last time, mainly because I went to pick up order & again had to hear the same song & dance about how “we” & “they” cook, wasted my money, hunting for a...
