Same thing repeat again.
This Taco Bell location is a complete joke. I ordered 2 cheesy bean rice burritos and one of them didn’t even look like a burrito - it was just a messed-up blob. When I opened it, it was disgusting: one side was nothing but dry rice, the middle had cold, dry beans, and the other side was just cheese and sauce. That’s not a burrito, that’s laziness wrapped in a tortilla.
The people working here clearly don’t care about what they’re serving. It’s sloppy, unprofessional, and honestly insulting to pay money for food this badly made. And what’s worse, this isn’t the first time - I’ve complained before and nothing changes. Management clearly doesn’t care either.
Avoid this location unless you like throwing money away.

Order from kiosk machine. Waited for 30 mins. Went to counter and ask for order, after that they start preparing order. I place black bean chalupa and Veg Mexican pizza. Mexican pizza is worst it is just a beans patty. Never go after 7:00pm, you’ll get...
Read moreTaco Bell on Connecticut 1 and Lindley Av. Bridgeport CT. small food, overpriced, over slow workers with disengaged expression while they attend to the cooking, have gone 1 time, did not like it.. went back months later to give the restaurant another chance, pretty much just as bad as before. Went back like 2 years later, nope. Still sucks, but just more expensive and more tiny the food, and more lazy the workers. I think that was enough chances over a period of a short few years for this restaurant and no improvement. I feel this must reflect the practices and culture coming from management. They need to find their inspiration, someone that takes control and really wants to make happy customers with BIG delicious food, worth the price, good attitudes so people come back. And I do spend money on restaurants with my family on weekends. I guess not this Taco...
Read moreTaco Bell may be the worst of all fast food places. Too bad since I think they have the best food. Service is sooo slow. Went here at 11:30pm after a concert, waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Someone came in after us, placed an order and left before us. Zero sense of urgency from anyone working here. They work at one pace and that's slower than slow. It wasn't even that busy! As soon as we ordered and went inside to pick the food up, we could see how slowly they were working and instantly regretted our decision to eat here. Not only the Lindley location but also their RT-12 Groton, CT location is just as terrible. Have some pride in your job and put in some effort. I reached out to their corporate office to give feedback and left my cell number 3 days ago, no call back. I guess it starts at the top and their blatant disregard...
