We attended my son and daughter in laws going away party there. We had a private party upstairs and everything was great. After the party a group of us remained behind downstairs. Initially everything was fine as the night went on several people left and 12 of us stayed behind to enjoy one another's company. Some of our group had not seen one another for several years. The longer we stayed the more agitated the bartender became. Eventually we moved outside and settled in there . Several of us ran tabs and we continuously tipped the bartender. A point of information not all of our group were drinking alcohol , we had several designated drivers. Our group consisted of several Law Enforcement officials who all know the consequences of intoxication. I ordered my first drink @ 9pm and that is when she stated she was cutting us off! We understand the legality and responsibility of serving intoxicated patrons. Collectively there was over 70 years of Law Enforcement experience in our group. Also , not every member of our group was drinking alcohol. We were laughing and having a good time. While inside laughing and enjoying one another she glared at us as if we were creating a distraction that is one of the reasons we moved outside. There was another group inside that was much noisier than us. The only difference in the groups was obvious!! I asked for the manager over and expressed my concerns. He agreed that we were not intoxicated or causing any problems. At this point we all decided that this ruined an almost perfect outing. I was looking forward to visiting this establishment. I have heard about on WIP many times and I even had a gift card that I won on WIP. I just wanted to express my disappointment to the end of our evening from the bartender's problems. I look forward to a response from this establishment. P.S. After we left Puddlers we went to the Double Tree hotel (Alloys) K of P to continue socializing and drinking for several hours without...
Read moreBeen for lunch and brunch (on different days). Lunch was excellent. Brunch had some issues. I get you're a brewery and all that, but folks don't always want soda or beer with breakfast food. How about at least serving good coffee and tea? It's not that hard. Or call it a "beer brunch". The avocado toast plate needs work. Never ever had a terrible avocado toast like that before. The chicken & waffles was good, and the French toast was ok. The potatoes need a complete overhaul...they're not good. Server didn't get our order right, either (ordered the caprese avocado toast, got the regular one). And we orders the steak and eggs but were told you don't have steak. BTW, a side of bacon is two tiny pieces...don't waste your money on that. With such a stellar lunch, either drop or severely revamp brunch. The last telling evidence, it was EMPTY! You all know in this area, if you got a good brunch, it's gonna be...
Read moreIf I could give this place a 0 I would all because of staff. If I remember correctly the bartenders name was Mikey and he was located in the beer garden on Friday night. I don’t like saying names but when me and my 2 children go to a beer garden that’s “family appropriate” and get treated with a terrible attitude I must take a stand. When he poured my beer he just came in from smoking a cigarette and didn’t even bother putting the hand sanitizer on that was right next to him and preceded to pour my beer. Then I ordered food and as it was dropped off at my table by the same person and when I asked for ketchup he rolled his eyes and never Returned. Lucky the food was delicious that was the only good experience about “the beer garden @ conshocken brewing company”. When I went to pay my tab he did not say one word to me and I felt completely disrespected. I will not return all because of a...
