Tomlinson's Restaurant LLC — Restaurant in Bridgeport

The food is good... however, I don't see where I can add a photo here, please see Yelp for the photo. They have a sign for hotdogs that says 2 for $6. The top of the 6 is sliced off and a notch is taken out of the bottom circle of the digit on the left-hand side. It looks like a five. I questioned the cashier about the sign and she said that it was 6 like it was just plain fact. Pulling out I took a photo, drove back around, showed it to her and she called (without even responding to me)...hmmm...who I guess was the Manager. He said, "It's a six." I said it doesn't look like a six and you have up false signage and that sign needs to be changed. He then said "It is what it is," and closed the window on me and walked away. No it isn't what it is. That sign is confusing at best, and deliberately misleading at worst. It's not about the money. I'm tired.We're all tired. People get right.

Response to Tomlinson's answer: If your sign looks correct only from "across the street" it still sounds to me like you need a new sign. The photo I left on Yelp clearly says five. And if you know your sign is a little off, not being rude and dismissive about it would go a long way too. If I had been treated with respect I probably wouldn't have bothered writing this, but that "It is what it is" on top, and blowing me off was wayyyy out of line.

Gave this place a chance 3 different times and every single time I was very disappointed the first time I ordered a salad there was Hair and a huge bug in it the second time I went I ordered a few things from drive Thru the cashier is very rude and unpleasant and took a very long period of time to acknowledge Me waiting to place my order also taking my order with no sense of focus and as I check the bag my order was wrong in the bag was nothing that I ordered verbally it’s almost as if the cashier has selective hearing my third time here I went inside the establishment to order my food so that I know it would be accurate with no mistakes and maybe i can get my food faster then the drive thru it was so filthy flies and fruit flies everywhere dirty tables all kinds of debris and gunk on the floors badly stained counter tops and when I received my food it’s was again all wrong even my drinks were incorrect as I walked out I saw a few baby roachs bear the trash can big red flag ! I’m so done with this place it’s not worth the 10 minute wait to order or the 30 minute wait for the food and it’s definitely not worth my hard earned money please consider other food providers before you even think about dining here !!!! I'm at #tomilsons in @BridgeportCt the former Greeks to try their food I got a chili and bacon hotdog with onion rings/tarter sauce and a med tea with refills for just 11.36 a good price ! The place was clean very organized ,the staff was nice and patient this was my first time here since ots been here . A lot of ppl dont like this store because it replaced "The Greeks " but I tell you the food was decent. The hot dog i ste whole I dont do that cause I hate how full hotdogs bread is but this bread was better easy to eat the dog was roasted which I dont like roasted 9n griddle dogs I like boiled dogs but it was crisp bite to it it was a chicken,pork dog no beef but it was OK the Chilli taste like can but it was ok the cheese was smooth melt all in all the hotdog was a 7 out of ten ! For me even tho I hate roasted dogs the rings where fresh every thing was clean ,organized, the staff were polite not rude and I can get refills on my tea! For under 12 bucks you could get good value meals ,its kids friendly menu atmosphere. Its pretty good bridgeport from what others said I was expecting the worse ! Maybe guys check it out give em a try i am cause staff friendly i can also get meal at good price place clean...
