Bridgewater Bakery — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

For my daughter's 1st birthday, I decided to do a Winter Onederland theme in colors blue, white and a touch of silver. I visited Bridgewater Bakery as well as emailed Donna two weeks in advance of the celebration to place my order. The Hayley cake (first photo) is what I sent to Donna (the baker) as an example of what I was looking for. The other two photos are what she created. As you can see, she far exceeded my expectations! The cake was absolutely beautiful and it tied into my theme perfectly! Everything on the cake was edible, from the snowflake confetti to the silver beads, to the number 1 which was made of white chocolate. I couldn't have asked for a better result! Also, the price was much more reasonable than the other bakeries I had visited prior to discovering Bridgewater Bakery. This will be the bakery I will be using for all of my special events. I'm so glad my hubby and I found this place. I only have great things to say. We are from Allentown, PA and drove all the way to Bridgewater, NJ because of all the great reviews for this bakery. We were not disappointed at all. We met with Donna, who was very passionate and accommodating when we showed her the cake and cupcakes we wanted for our baby shower. She was delightful, helpful and went above and beyond to make our baby shower special. She is very passionate and dedicated about what she does and it shows in her work. She puts in soo much effort and focuses on every details (regardless of how small or big the design is). This bakery gets 5 stars!! Today my Aunt turned 87 years old. She is at Somerset Woods Nursing Home. I live in Washington, DC. I arranged for a birthday Zoom call with our family who are all out of state. At the very last minute I decided that I wanted her to, at least, have a cupcake to celebrate her birthday but none of the bakeries delivered on such short notice. I made one last attempt and called Bridgewater Bakery to ask if they could deliver a cupcake wirh candle to my aunt in the nursing home.
