Carlo's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

I recently had the opportunity to try a new restaurant that was 20 minutes away from me. From the moment I arrived, I knew that it was going to be worth the drive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The menu was full of delicious Italian dishes, and I decided to go with the pasta which was plenty for two people and even had enough leftovers. I also ordered a side of garlic bread with cheese, but I honestly didn't need it because the dish already came with bread and salad. The price was very reasonable for the portion size and the quality of the food.

In addition to the meal, I also purchased a soda and a red velvet cake. The cake was absolutely delicious and so moist. Dare I say it was even better than the Cheesecake Factory? It was the perfect way to end my meal.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience at this restaurant. The food was flavorful and authentic, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try some delicious...

I used to love this place. But In the last year the customer service has gone from great to terrible. The new woman ( Asian or Filipino ) is just the rudest woman. She never listens to you, she is short son the phone, rushes you off the phone. I ve called back to clear things up and she is still rude. She has messed up my order at least 3 times now. I always order the same thing and she blames someone else or the cook. Chicken Alfredo and a large pie. She forgets the chicken or gives the wrong food. Argues that I didn’t order what I said I ordered. I miss the other girl. She was kind and sweet and never short on the phone. I feel bad for John because she is giving bad service. I will not be back. And maybe my order won’t make a dent but I am tired of her rudeness and...

A couple days ago I stopped in and had the grandma vodka slice, one of the best slices I have ever had. Came back today with my wife, who is very picky about pizza, and she ordered the same slice. She agreed it was one of the best she has ever had. The guy making pizzas does magic with the oven they have. I am usually skeptical of metal pizza ovens, but they got a perfect crisp on the crust and the ingredients were top notch. We also tried the broccoli rabe and sausage slice, the hot honey pepperoni vodka grandma slice, and the spaghetti with vodka sauce lunch special. Everything was fantastic, easily a 9/10.
